Hey all,
I was just wondering if anyone here is using or has used this ical AI app to track macros? Has anyone tested the accuracy with a scale to see if what it is calculating is correct or close? Is it something worth using or is it so inaccurate?
Would love to hear some feedback from people who have used it. Thank you

So just an update for anyone who cares I decided to scan a few meal prep meals which has the macros calculated on them and the app was very very close to what the packaging said …probably about 90% accurate just from taking a picture of the meal, not bad but still not sure if I like it better the. Myfitnesspal
My fitness pal has most of the exact meals offered by meal prep services. I can plug in something like “factor Queso fundido & ground beef” and they have it. Exact calorie count and micro and macro breakdown. Not to mention every brand and type of food sold at most grocery stores. Makes tracking food so easy. I started using MyFitnessPal pal like 15 years ago and it’s insane how far it’s come.
