+ 7 10 Week Cut for Vacation

Wanted to shed a few lbs before heading on vacation. Dropped from 223 to 212 over the 10 weeks. Happy with my results and feeling accomplished. Had a goal of 205 , didnt make it in time. Im certain next go around I'll hit it for sure. Looking forward to taking some time off from the gym and spending it in the sun on the beach.

You lost me at "Looking forward to some time off from the gym".... WHAT!!!! Bro, you gotta lock TF in.... You could have easily cut 30+lbs of pure fat in 10 weeks. I do it every year post bulk. Just sayin man, you gotta want it. You could have lost 11 lbs w/ no gear. Bro on vacation I'm already locked in on the nearest planet fitness or local gym. You don't have to skip the gym just cause you're staying on the beach for a week. Smile Hey that's just me though.

I dunno man, you have most people on here supporting what you are doing but I'm sat here shaking my head wondering what happened to the days when young guys wanting to shift some bodyfat and build a bit of muscle for going on holiday just got on with the task in hand and got on a strict diet, did some cardio and lifted some weights. Or even better, just trained year round and were always in shape rather than injecting THREE compounds, 10iu's of Bloody Growth hormone plus 50mg of Anavar everyday.

Any of this could have easily been achieved without Gear.

I wholeheartedly agree with your perspective. Much more than what I have achieved can easily done without gear. Especially when looking at natural bodybuilding competitors.

Just to be clear all of the compounds listed about were not started 10 weeks ago. This was a 20+ week cycle of titrating up from low dose and swapping deca for masteron a little further than half way through. The 50mg anavar was added last 4 weeks. I’m not one for orals cause of the effects on lipids and liver. Wanted to give it a good run for a few data points. Impact on bloods , sides and overall progression of higher dosages. My goal is to get to 12% body fat and continue going lower from there. I don’t expect it to happen overnight. Individual response is what I’m after and making educated choices on what is repeatable for me.

Appreciate the input big guy. I know you are always sharing information on staying healthy and longevity concerns.

Definitely made some progress. Not quite as much as I would have expected on all that gear plus a whopping 10ius of growth and Reta. Unless your diet was completely fucked id question the legitimacy of some of that gear. Especially the growth.

Next time drop the mast. Not worth using at such high BF. If this was my cycle I’d lowered the test and upped the primo. Probably would have got on fine with prop, var the last 6 weeks, Reta and growth. Less is more man. Minimize the number of harmful drugs it takes to reach your goals, which were very attainable with the stack I laid out.

I agree with everything you’re saying. Low dose trt can produce a great physique. Appreciate the input. I’m in it for the long haul , I will see progress year after year.

The gear I’m on is all good with good Janos. I don’t think the gear is the issue , I may not be the best responder. A little additional context , I’m wrapping up 20ish weeks on cycle. First part of cycle was 500 test 400 primo 250 deca. Posted bloods on here. Gh is definitely ugl and I’ve gone back and forth whether pharma gh is a better choice. But I don’t compete nor do I plan to. I will keep your input as food for thought when I plan next cycle. For now I’m going back to trt for a bit

I’ve ran lots of pharma and generic GH. Obviously pharma you know is legit every time. 4ius of it will make some dramatic changes to your physique and it doesn’t take long as many suggest. And I’ve ran 10ius of generics with both awesome and crappy results. Good generics can produce similar sides to pharma, although typically with more side effects. Definitely worth doing a 12-16 week run of pharma, if for nothing else but to know if future generics are legit or not. It’s not really that expensive. 4-5 bucks an iu so 16-20 bucks a day.

We’re about the same age. I’ve developed some Patience in my old age lol. And also realizing it’s not possible to achieve massive gains cycle after cycle, unless you’re losing all of them in between. So understanding that a great cycle at this point is probably max 10lbs of actual muscle, that’s really high end. Gains don’t come as fast at 220 as they did at 180. But to get that 7-10lbs of muscle doesn’t take that much gear, it just takes a lot of food. So in the interest of longevity for our bodies it’s best to take as little as possible, even if that means you don’t gain quite as quick. I’m a low responder as well unfortunately. But that hasn’t stopped me for making alot of progress over the years. Just comes slower.

Given the recent circumstances with shortages I think most people will be reverting to milder dosages. I agree at the end of the day health should always come first. Acts of desperation lead to disappointment. I know food and rest are major contributors to growth. I’m altruistic trying to figure out how to introduce more meals per day. I eat 4 meals when I’m running a cycle and then the last few weeks I lower it to 3 meals a day. I’ve already started messing around with carb cycling and choosing a nutritious selection of foods based on micronutrients. I’m making headway through trial and error and logging what works and doesn’t work for me. I pull bloods every 90 days so I can make educated decisions based on blood panels.

One thing that’s really helped me with diet and getting more food in is meal prep services. Helps me eat healthy and eat big. I can only eat my shitty boneless skinless chicken breast and minute rice so much before I’m tired of it. So I get either factor or fuel delivered for 2 meals a day 5 days a week. And then I’ll eat my crappy meals on the weekends lol. Both of those services have high protein options. And low carb/cutting. All sorts of options actually. Their boneless skinless chicken, or fish, or beef is way better than mine.And the variety is nice, and I don’t have to cook it. I usually eat those during the day. I make Breakfast since it’s simple and I can somehow eat the same thing everyday, protein oats, couple whole eggs and a half dozen egg whites, big shake after the gym, then whatever my wife’s cooking for dinner which is usually tailored towards my goals at the time. And then I eat some Greek yogurt right before bed. The stuff I get is almost 50g of protein for 1.5 cups slow release casein protein. So that’s an easy 6 meals a day with the 2 factor or fuel meals.

If youre interested in carb cycling click on my profile and look up my old forum posts and you’ll find my old carb cycling diet. Always worked great for me. Food selection is pretty plain though. It’s from back when i was broke and just starting off after college and had to cook all my own foods lol. So I kept it as basic as possible.

I’ll definitely check out your former post ! I been prepping my own meals since I bought an expensive rice cooker. I have tried factor a few times and they were delicious. Icon meals was the prep service I’ve used the most. Not as tasty but macros are good. I use them the same way you described, 2 prepped meals and 2 home made. I also like to grab a catered meat order and separating into smaller portions to add on top of rice. Those orders are usually chicken or brisket. I haven’t tried fuel but I’ll check them out ! I feel like you coulda definitely of hit your goal and possibly more with 10 weeks brother idk what the diet and cardio were but definitely coulda met your goal with that time frame just gotta push hard and starve a little bit Smile

I agree , I put some notes down for things to do differently on my next cut. I’m no stranger to trial and error. Food for sure could have been lower and cardio could have been longer. Appreciate the feedback.

When I go hard I lose 4lbs a week down 22lbs atm but food is low and output is high sucks but love too watch that scale go down and body get tighter everyday Smile

What’s your cardio time and calorie count when you’re on point? I dropped Calories from 3400 to 2800 and increased daily cardio from 25 mins to 40mins during those 10 weeks.

2500-3000 training day 30 mins cardio on elliptical going hard heart rate 135-140 the whole time 12-15k steps 1 rest day per week like 2000 cal same cardio and steps basically only like 50g carbs that’s it’s on a rest day. But I do have a pretty active job as well lmao so it helps for sure I really lose weight at about 3500-4000 cals a day but it just slow for me I like too diet hard and fast 8-10 weeks in and out I’m down too 220 from 244 in 5 weeks pretty much atm.

Enjoy the beach brother good work, we have to see the legs to know true % but I’d say around 15 though. Back definitely coming in, next cut you should give SLU a try. It has helped me during this last cut
