As long as you keep your food clean, bro, you’ll stay on top of those lipids and keep the Deca bloat away … you know exactly what I mean, lol. It’s tough, but you got it 100%!
I’ll be keeping 1mg of Reta per week to keep lipids within range. Except HDL of course. Deca will be low dose at 150mg per week so I’m not expecting much change to bloodwork from it.
Aside from that I been playing with the carb cycling that Justin Harris talks about on YT. Trying to see if I can nail that down by end of next year. Keeping calories around 3600 for now. On Holidays it’s going to be an all you can eat lol. Don’t want to insult to the chefs!
