+ 1I bought a lot from Austarlabs over many transactions since they were 6 months in business. This includes Test E, Sustanon, Tren E and Deca. Communication from Rob is always great and he answered my emails within 24 hours every time. Products take an average of 10 days to arrive and I live in Syndey. I can not fault them in a single thing.
Products are of good quality. I always achieve the results I am after.
I normally run a course of Test E 2 ml weekly and Tren E or Deca 1 ml weekly.
I can easily gain 5 kg on Test/Deca cycle and more than this in Test/Tren cycle.
I always try to cut down carbs so not to gain excess fat though.
Great, Rob communicates well through email and always answer your questions.
I remember once I ordered Test E and it was out of stock for 2 weeks.
I contacted Rob and he happily changed it to Tren E with no extra cost!
Delivery takes 10 days to Sydney on average. The order is normally processed in 1-2 days. However, it takes few days to get shipped for obvious reasons. They can only post a certain number of orders to avoid detection.
I order early, so I do not mind the wait.
The quality and price of products is good even compared with international sources.
It is very convenient as gear is shipped domestically and I get piece of mind knowing I will most likely get my gear.
I recently placed an order and paid for it straight away including shipping. However, very next day I contacted back on their whatsapp link to check the status, I got told that I need to pay another $100 as post insurance to get the order. Its not about the money but I have never heard of that in 40 years of experience. Is this a common practice?

No judgement yet. Just want to know if it is common practice to be asked for additional money after the order has been placed?

While I’m here I forgot to add I overpaid by $30 but had no clue about it. Just saw the $30 land back in my wallet, Rob saw the over payment and sent it back. Again, as I stated in my other review, Rob is a G.
10/10 never had issues from these guys
Doesn’t get any better, not brown nosing here but anyone that’s run into issues and dealt with Rob knows what I’m talking about

Attached photo , main reason for this review see attached, in my first review I thought I ordered sus but TEST E arrived and I checked my email and I saw I chose test not sus, (not robs fk up was mine)so looks like I’m running test haha. All good by me.

+ 1Ordered arrived took about 8 days, only been ordering from Austar the past few years I’ve left numerous reviews and am back for another!!! Grabbed 5 Test E this time round only as I’m waitin on masteron and var get come back into stock so just cruising low dose test e (trt style dosing) for now until next month when he’s expecting to get em back in.
Always good to go, I don’t even bother with pedtest anymore I’ve made about 10 orders over the years and everything works as expected !!! Can’t fault his gear my only complaint is he needs anavar in stock at all times I go through them like tick-tacks lol, I know var is only mild but the pumps they give me when training is something I cannot abandon
The Austar team are golden to do biz with. Couldn’t ask more from a local supplier

+ 1just finished up a tren and test cycle that i ran for the past 4 months, strength through the roof. got tren cough a few times which is never nice however if i dont get the cough then im kinda dissapointed lol libido is real high, probably to high .... mrs isnt complaning tho
Rob is a G! i made a new order last week for sus, EQ and anavar (just arrived) afte placing the order he emailed me same day saying anavar had just run out of stock and refunded me the amount i paid for the anavar. no sales man pitch about store credit or offering different products, striaght up refund, when does labs ever do that? lol ive shopped around a lot on aussie markets online, first time i seen that. thank you rob for the no BS, appreciate you!!

10/10 u can ask any other customer of robs whenever there is issue he sorts it out, my mates order from here as well and they all say same thing.
discreet, sometimes express sometimes standard, guess they use what they have on hand, bubble wrapped and trackin details emailed to me

I’ve been ordering Test E from these guys for several months, and every time the process is fast, easy and reliable.
I’ve used a test kit multiple times across batches to check potency and each occasion, the oil checked out as legit.
Been very slack with bloods, and well overdue, but I’m confident, things are where they should be. Lifting with ease, good body composition, and need to pull back on having a wank.
Will post bloods here later this month, but thought I’d chime in and give these guys a plug.

Delivery times super quick, superb customer service.
Product is great, using tren A for 3 weeks now. Great improvements in strength and energy. Visually seeing improvements. Tren cough when pinning. Definitely good stuff A grade.
