How to get out of a PROMO? I have been in a PROMO with a company since NOVEMBER, still getting run around...

They have already ran new promos and keep telling me Sorry there was an issue they're fixing it now, I have messages since December asking for help. Is there a mod or someone I can message or talk to, I am simply stuck in a promo. I don't want their stuff, nor do I ever want to use them, it's the first time this has ever happened and I've been here a long time.

Yes, I asked him to remove me 2 months after lack of communication, received no response, then 2 weeks ago said "promo shipped waiting on tracking number" and hasn't responded since. I'd rather not wait half a year to try his products and at this point I don't really trust them/want them. Furthermore I don't believe they were sent.
This sucks! I got some legit Hutrope from one of their promos a few months ago and it was all pleasant. I know they’re busy guys though. I got responses on TG fast, but as others said ya can leave a review to make it disappear whether positive or negative. The SRC has to remove otherwise.
I guess a review doesnt always mean a good review.
Write a review saying what happened.
Have you reached out to the source and told him to remove you?
