I do var for last 10 weeks 40mg day 20mg in the morning 20mg in the evening.
I find if I run orals to high they mess with my stomach and give me constant bloated feeling.
So I run them lower for longer.

You can see the progress. Shoulders, back visible. Probably the arms too, but since you got it on the back, shoulders, it seems that the arms/triceps are in the same place. It is always difficult to compare pictures of the bulk with those where you are cut because the cut visually always looks bigger in the pictures.
Agreed. I got in a friendly argument with a guy I chat with at my local gym yesterday. He didn’t believe that I had lost 8 lbs in the last month because he was insisting that I was visually larger. Cut always looks bigger, especially with a good pump going.

When I think of a vest it is way differently.
Western button/puffer winter/MC leathers/zip/etc.
Not really bud - when I hear wife beater I tend to think of an old white traditional vest where it isn't shaped to show off a wide back at the rear. Like you see the drunks wearing in the American films in the old wooden homes out in the sticks!! LMAO Normally holding a whiskey bottle in one hand and back handing the woman with the other!!

Yeah the cheap ribbed A shirt its called comes in walmart packs we call wife beaters. The old movies made them famous all dirty and stretched and the guy throwing the plate of food across the room and slapping his wife, with a beer in his hand drunk as fuck

Yeah most people would still call it a vest over here - I want to get one cos they look cool but you really need to be doing bodybuilding specific training rather than powerlifting to look really good in them. Powerlifting is centred around deadlifts which don't really give any width or knots in the rhomboids.

MeToo was the biggest fucking sham ever. Notice how it disappeared as soon as Harvey got locked up? Where were all these pioneers when Deshaun Watson had over 2 dozen women accusing him of the same thing? The guy beat the charges, then the Cleveland Browns awarded him with arguably the worst contract in NFL history ($230,000,000 guaranteed) while only playing 19 games in 3 seasons and more than likely won’t play next year because of a torn Achilles (October 20) that he tore again in recovery (January). The full contract is over a 5 year period in which he may never even play again. If that ends up holding true, he’d had made over 12,000,000 per game played and walked away from charges that should have put him behind bars.
