Started with 20 mg am and 20 pm but raised it to 30 am and 30 pm for a total of 60 for the day for the last 6 weeks of cycle. Quality var for sure.
I’m running it at 40 mg a day 20mg in the morning 20mg in the evening
For 10 weeks until end of cycle.
I find if I run orals to high it messes with my stomach and I always feel bloated.
I did 20mg morning, 20 at night but bumped it up to 30 and 30 for a total of 60 a day for last 6 weeks. I'm the same way, I don't run them too crazy. 56-60 is usually where my cut off is.
