Hey fam! My name is Manny. I am actually 3 years clean and sober. I was a IV user for heroin and meth.. I did 2 and half years in the Utah state penitentiary. Which was a positive in my life. Now I'm healthy. And I seek knowledge and information on anything I come across. I've done a lot of healing and therapy, treatment. And I've come a long way. Anyway I have a attitude of gratitude and I'm about good vibes. --------

Glad to have you brother. I was a heroin and meth man myself so I know how it goes. For some reason us ex-junkies are attracted to this lifestyle so I’m guessing you’ll fit right in.

Hell anytime I’m down on myself I think back to my worst days of opioid use.

I never sat on my ass and let things go by- if I didn’t have my product or money to get it I was 100000% going to go out and find a way or get the stuff. No matter what.

Now I’m dedicated to this sport and bettering myself. I use that same exact reasoning, and though the drive may not be to the same level- I can mentally kick myself in the ass and go lift weights for an hour when I know I’d be driving hours to plugs and doing crazy odd jobs just to get a good fix if I didn’t have it.

We all have that drive and motivation. It’s about finding out what unlocks it, and how to harness it.

Oh yeah, I have this mindset as well and the best part is that I’ve never felt as bad in sobriety as I ever did when I was still out there. Walking ten miles both ways dopesick was barely even an inconvenience if I knew I was gonna get right. When I think about that, spending an hour doing something that I love anyway and will make me feel better afterwards is a no brainer.

Exactly brother.

Sometimes it takes getting desperate, having odds against you, or something dramatic to unlock and conceptualize the ability to summon that drive.

I think it’s awesome how many of us have lived on the other side and became addicted to something healthy.

Nice to meet ya Manny.

Recovered opioid addict here myself but slightly newer times so lots of fent/blues along with everything else.

Keep up the sobriety and use those times to fuel your sober self every single day.

Maybe remove face from profile pic as what we are doing here is illegal end of the day, otherwise- welcome brother man!

Great place full of great people.

Are you currently on any gear?

You haven't run a cycle yet? Any idea what your first one's gonna be?

iamrelentlessfit's picture

Probably something really simple. Most likely TRT 250E. Pretty much gotta save up to get everything since everything is expensive.

Good advice!! Thank brotha! Yes stay away from those nasty blues!! Your better than that!

Either black your face out or take that profile picture down bro. Your gonna get jammed up. This is an anonymous forum. If you look around, you'll see that nobody else has their face posted. I'm just looking out for you.

Good to have you here brother. Congrats on your 3 years of sobriety, kicking an H and a meth habit is no joke. You have accomplished something huge, feel proud of yourself.
(If that's your face, try to blur it)
