Side Effects/Results from HGH
ad
I'm on week 6 and only taking 2ius and so far I have experienced numbness in my hands (especially when I wake up) and some minor muscle aches and joint discomfort on my left shoulder. My question is how long will it be before I start to feel some positive effects (specifically better sleep and more energy and improved skin conditions). Also has anyone else experienced these things BEFORE experiencing the benefits? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it's super common to get hit with the sides before you see the good stuff. Think of it like this: your body's getting used to a new level of a powerful hormone. It's gonna react. The numbness and aches are typical, especially the hand thing – that's the carpal tunnel acting up because of fluid retention. It sucks, I know.
How Long Till the Magic Happens?
GH isn't a quick fix. Forget about overnight results. It's a slow burn.
Sleep....Might see some improvement in a few weeks, but honestly, it could take a couple of months. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen right away.
Energy.....This is usually a later thing. Think months, not weeks.
Skin.....Forget about instant glow-up. This takes time, like serious time. We're talking several months of consistent use.
Don't Freak Out (Yet):
Im not even talking about the possibility to build your bulk with it, cause you probably would have to triple or quadruple it.
Anyways
Those sides are often manageable. Most people get them at the start and they chill out after a while. But...
Numb Hands: Splitting the dose can sometimes help, but at 2Iu i think its not the case. I would Change the Manufacture, different brands have different half-Life and for personal experience, different uses...anyways, B6, taurine and vitamin C can help in most cases.
Aches and Pains: Over-the-counter pain killers are your friend, this is due water retention. So keep your electrolytes and water intake in check. Some people usually take OC diuretics, like dandelion, horsetail, etc...
GH is a marathon, not a sprint. Give it time. Months, not weeks. Keep a log of how you're feeling, both good and bad.
Another thing most people dont realize is that usually all these side effects increase BP, so keep it under control too.
Peace
Great info Pandateston. You’ve confirmed a lot of what I have researched very recently. I appreciate you my man!
As for changing your condition, you just need to be patient for a while (individually). Or give it all up.
Your dosage is too low to have any real serious interference in your daily life. This means either an individual intolerance (which is unlikely), or the need to change the HGH.
I used 2.5 iu of generic gh and at the 6 month mark began to notice that I began loosing body fat. It was very noticeable too. I could eat sticks of butter and would loose fat. Of course I saw the other benefits as well, sleep, sex, skin. The deal breaker was the 1 side I could no longer deal with, that numbness and tingling turned into full blown carpel Tunnel syndrome and cubital tunnel syndrome. And it was bi lateral. I had to have surgery because it didn't go away after I stopped using gh. It started minor, a little numbness when I woke up, but it progressed to the point I was waking up, with what felt like my arms on fire, three to four times a night. Then it started happening throughout the day, and I am a mechanic, so I couldn't hardly do my job without constantly stopping. If you decide to increase your dose, do so slowly over months, especially since you are already seeing numbness. If you go up to fast it will get bad fast, at least it did for me.
What hgh are you using? There’s a big difference between pharma and generic hgh… 2iu of pharma you will start to see anti aging benefits better nails better skin ect after around 3-6 months 2iu of generic I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting to notice anything but a few side affects. I wouldn’t run generic hgh at les than 4iu a day.
Butt plug Biopain...just received Naked HGH which I believe is the Ultimate. Fingers crossed...I can't find any info on Naked HGH. Getting blood work done tomorrow....twice once in the am and then 2.5 hours after taking 4 IUs. I never got baseline blood work when I received my gear. I just couldn't wait and started taking it right away.
I’ve been on gh for about four months. I noticed the increased recovery immediately and now that I’m on cycle it seems like I can gain fat unless I really push the calories. I’m still waiting on the skin but I think that takes the longest. Sleep improved pretty much right away too, I think it helps me fall asleep which I’ve always struggled with. I only get sides if I let my diet slip and eat too much sodium, even then it’s only a bit of water retention and tingling in my hands.
6mo minimum. 2iu is maintenance so what goals are you hoping for? Whats your natty igf1 bloods look like? Whats 2iu igf3 3hrs post pin look like?
I get all those sides, they came first. I do think the weight loss took a few months to really manifest but I was running var at the same time which helps me lean out a bit as well.
I started on a new brand of hgh and the sides are minimal as compared to the first I tried. Generic gh could vary widely, I'm not sure as I've only ran two labs thus far.
Great info. Thank you Sir!
At 5iu a day M-F it took about 2 months to feel anything. At that point the sleep got better and by 3months started shedding some belly fat. Month 4 I started to get tingling in the hands. HGH is great for the long haul. Just my opinion, anything less than 6months is kind of a waste. It does work, but it takes a very long time to get real benefits.
Great information. Thank you!
HGH takes months of consistent usage at 3+ IU (IMO) to see any difference from it. I am talking like at least 4-6 months at 3IU every single day (no days off) is what it took for me to see anything meaningful come from HGH usage. When I am on cycle, I titrate up to 6IU per day for 20 weeks.
The biggest benefit to me, by far, was body fat improvements. 3IU HGH in a coloric deficit or maintenance phase will 100% help manage fat. There is something to be said, as well, about recovery and general soreness. The benefits of skin, fingernail and hair quality are, to me, not significant. Likewise HGH will do nothing to improve your sleep if your current sleep habits are dogshit.
At 6IU, I mainly reap the added recovery benefits which helps on cycle. 6IU also (maybe only in my mind?) helps me partition my nutrients better with the added food, but higher GH comes with decreased insulin sensitivity so I haven't toyed with it beyond 6IU.
I think you might need to tone down your expectations, espeically at 2IU/day. That is basically a replacement dose, meaning, that is barely more than your body would produce on it's own anyway.
anvilDepends on you're age, numbness is something you are going to have to deal with. I have never gotten better sleep on HGH and I also have the hand numbness. My skin has way less wrinkles, and my recovery from training is quicker. HGH isn't like gear were at week 6 you suddenly notice a difference, I been taking it for a 18 months straight.
How long would you say it was before you started to experience benefits?
anvilIt happens slow, like maybe 3 to 4 months in a was like oh wow some wrinkles have filled in. But I don't spend a lot of time in the mirror LoL.
And hear I thought the longer I look at my arms in the mirror they would grow and my wrinkles disappear
and here I thought
Haha…I’m not gonna lie I’ve got my fingers crossed for some wrinkle removal…but I wanted to get some feedback before I place another order which I will do. Thanks for your feedback my man.
