Hey everyone,
I’m an IFBB PRO in Men’s Physique since 2021, competing under the NPC. My best pro result so far is 3rd place at the Sheru Classic Italy 2023.
I’ve been in the game for a while, constantly pushing my limits and fine-tuning every aspect of my training, nutrition, and supplementation. I’m here to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and learn from others who take this lifestyle seriously.

How you work on you shoulders? Need improve on that more smashed them 1 or twice a week and what basic exercises you do ?
During prep I smashed them 3 times
One big session standard with press shoulders, lat raises DB and cables and rear delts
specific session after chest with just lateral delts and another one specific with back for rear delts

Have a question: How do you reduce your caloric intake in the last 4 weeks before stepping onto the stage?
My coach played only with carbs. Same protein and fats all way long.

You use melanotan/MT2? Or is that mostly topical/spray tan?
I thought he was a POC, that’s pretty dark for tanning but then again, filters lighting ETC.
