I’m an IFBB PRO in Men’s Physique since 2021, competing under the NPC. My best pro result so far is 3rd place at the Sheru Classic Italy 2023.
I’ve been in the game for a while, constantly pushing my limits and fine-tuning every aspect of my training, nutrition, and supplementation. I’m here to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and learn from others who take this lifestyle seriously.

Bro you look like a statue you are shredded on another level. If you don't mind me asking bro where do you get your gear? And is your plan to do another show or 2 to get that Olympia qualification? I wish you luck brother I know you worked your ass off on that diet a lot of people especially genetically gifted ones can get down to 8-10% bf but only a select few have the will poWer and mental strength to get down to 5% including me know way I could ever get down that low.
