ordered here 4 times always been good… but I’m starting to panic…

First of all “coin payment” is GENUINELY the worst coin trading platform EVER… idk why they use it…

Anyways, the GDroids website says free shipping over $300, my order was $315, but they still calculated the shipping cost into it, so I obviously sent only the $315 because they said free shipping…

Well, “coin payments” kicked that payment back to me because it wasn’t the full $350 (including the shipping). But they charged me a $40 return fee…

So I messaged GD (one of the MANY people they have messaging) and explained the situation, told them that I won’t use the “coin payment” platform and to send me the direct BTC wallet, so they sent it, I sent the $315 AGAIN to the direct BTC wallet this time, NOT through the coin payment platform.

Then i reach back out and say i sent the money, BUT OFCOURSE every single time i message it’s literally someone different, and they seem to not read the previous messages. They said because I sent $315 again without them “fixing the order total” that it got sent back again, but that is absolute BS, because I sent the money directly to the wallet and NOT through the coin payment platform.

So obviously nothing was returned to me besides the first time I sent the money when Coinpaymenrs robbed me for $40 for no reason.

Now I’m sitting here out $315, they aren’t messaging me back besides to tell me that the money got returned, when it didn’t.

And I keep having to explain it over and over again to different people because NONE of them read the previous messages…

Just need some help here

Shipping costs need to be changed manually by contacting us before the order is paid. You should contact them when the order not confirmed after you paid in 1-2 hrs .
My first order when send btc , but I forget add fee and cotacted them they changed and make the order confirmed .

Been ordering from different sources on this site for 10 years, and the ONE year I found myself in 3 promos, they put me on that list for good and removed all my 40 review karma…

Since then, I can give 2 fucks about this forum and anyone on it…

Just a random user here, but I have seen that you have to message GD to get the shipping changed to free manually before paying for the order. (I believe).

Considering what we’ve seen happen with customers and this SRC recently and it ALL got resolved I wouldn’t panic my man

So view the block chain check all the confirmations were made if they were then the funds were not sent back and landed in there wallet take a screenshot and send it to them .
These guys are not going to fuck you about over 315 or what ever it is they always put things right to the best of my knowledge
