Approaching 20% bf with 8 weeks left of 20 week cycle. What’s the best plan of action?

So I started bulking about a month before I started this 20 week cycle. I started around 15% bf and I’m fast approaching 20% now I believe. I’m currently on week 13. I went from 173 to currently 192ish at 6’1”

I was eating 3200 at first and the scale was barely moving. Upped it to 3500 and then did 3700 calories for a few weeks (I think the 3700 was too much)

I’ve definitely gained a bit of fat, I can’t tell if it’s mostly water but on my calipers I’m getting very close to 20% bf

What would be the best plan of action here? I’m currently running 500 test 300 deca 300 mast and my plan was to add anavar for the final 6 weeks of the cycle. I definitely don’t want to get much above 20% bf

Should I just start eating at maintence around 2600 calories for the rest of the cycle and hope to recomp a bit? I definitely do plan on cutting down to below 15% bf after this cycle and then starting another bulking cycle. My overall goal is to get to 210-220 15% bf or less eventually.

So you've gained 8 lbs of fat to 10 pounds of muscle? Maybe off a little considering some water rentention?

What is the breakdown of your macros?

I have no idea what ratio is fat to muscle to be honest.

Macros are 1g protein per lb of body weight or a little more. Like 300-400 carbs and 125g of fat usually. I wonder if I should’ve kept the fat intake lower but I was eating a lot of peanut butter lol. Easy way to get calories

Yea pre and mid cycle. Looks fine.

I actually took labs on just 500mg first. I did 500 test first for 6 weeks before I added deca and mast

Only thing out of range was e2 at 123 on 500 test

Then after I added deca and mast I was experimenting a little with adex and my second lab my e2 was 20 lol after taking .5mg adex. Prolactin was 15. Everything else in range also except hematocrit was sitting at 52. (It’s been 54 before on 200mg trt and I donated blood)

I’m going to get bloodwork again one more time just to see if anything has changed. I feel great and have felt great the entire time. BP is good also

How often were you taking .5 arimidex to bring you 123 down to 20? Every day?

I was taking it like every pin day and I was pinning 3 times a week. Most of the time I only took .25 but just out of curiously I took .5 twelve hrs before the bloodwork. Since then I’ve just went to .25mg like twice a week. Sometimes even just once. I didn’t want my e2 that low because I was afraid of crashing it. And honestly I feel just fine taking .25 every 3-4 days sometimes I go 5 or 6 days if I forget

Sounds like youre on top of things! You can add in anaerobic cardio and watch the cheap carbs to bring the bf down. Or since its winter do a top notch pct and modify diet and cardio for that spring cutter

I’ve also pretty much done 20 mins of cardio every single day of this cycle. Usually try to shoot for 130bpm. And my heart rate is pretty high during my workouts. I think for the remainder of the cycle I’ll just try to stay around 2600-3000 calories and then cut after Christmas (that’s when this cycle is over)

I plan to do an aggressive cut if I can, for 2 months and reevaluate because I do want to get into another growing phase pretty soon. I’d like to be walking around at an aesthetic 190-210

What did you mean by “cheap” carbs? You mean like anything other than rice, oatmeal, black beans, bananas? That’s really what I try to use as my main carb sources for the most part. I’m really strict during the week because I meal prep. Weekends I’m a little more relaxed because I go out to eat usually at least once, and my girl will cook stuff too. But I still track my macros and calories everyday
