Am I a non responder? HELP ME

So I finished a deca and test cycle not long ago I’m now on my last 2 weeks of my pct. But I don’t think I’ve gained enough size compared to what I expected. I’m not a genetic freak but expected more. I’ll upload a before and after photo so you can see.

On the left is after the cycle and the right is before.

But can someone give me advice and let me know if it looks normal or not.

Notes; I used a reputable source and my dosage was 500mg sustanon and 300mg of deca per week. Pinning EOD for 12 weeks

Also half way thru the cycle until around now, when u got hot I would get unbearably itchy any ideas ??

Any advice would be appreciated if you have any questions please ask.

Yeah, main reason I stopped at 13 weeks was my balls turned to peas.

Yeah I waited 2 weeks after my cycle before I started hcg then pct

Lol what did you think was going to happen ? I’d like to see you run this again at 14/16 weeks and update us every step of the way. Don’t worry man I had plenty of cycles where I didn’t obtain the expected results. It’s part of the game.

I was always eating in a surplus? And updating it weekly. Do you think it’s that simple, just eat more ?

It really is that simple man. No different than an obese person who says "I don't eat and can't lose any weight."
I was a chubby kid growing up, and hit 200lbs at a young age. I let myself go in college, and got up to 270 of pure fat. For me, tracking macros means that I hit my protein requirements, and don't go over my caloric limit.
If you aren't tracking everything, then you never really know. Today I was snacking on some halloween candy. Did not feel like I ate a whole lot. I calculated it up after and it was nearly 1200 calories. If I didn't track anything, I would never hit my protein goals and I would be fat as hell haha. I am the opposite of a hard gainer. I can eat nonstop.

I have the exact same type of metabolism/hunger. Can eat like a disposal if I just indulged whenever I was hungry.

Just run a Superdrol x Tren combo cycle! I guarantee you won’t be hungry at all witin two weeks or less! On the real harsh orals and/or being sick are the only times I have trouble hitting goals.

Maybe the cleaning supplies have a long acting ester? That would explain the water retention. Unknw

Just looking back at this again. 500mg sust week eod pin? I wouldn't bother might a well do a longer acting ester. If your not gonna do 1cc sust eod what's the point? There only 30mg prop in 1cc and so on. So half a cc is only 15mg. Your just not getting the full benefit of all the diff esters.
500mg wk. Test. Might as well do test e or c. Just my opinion.
