If people only realized what chemicals are in everyday products like toothpaste, Tylenol, antiperspirants, they’d be shocked. I don’t know the validity, but the guy that told me this was a chemist. Some of us are old enough to remember the Tylenol cyanide scare in the 1980’s, the official story was some disgruntled person was poisoning the capsule. The guy I know said it was equipment failure in the manufacturing process and there was a problem with certain chemicals not being incorporated properly. The guy had nothing to gain by making a story up, just food for thought.
