+ 6 FDA meeting peptide immunogenicity and dangers

ad

so basically they had a meeting and discussed the dangers of using compounded pharmacy and ugl peptides. peptides are way more complex than steroid molecules and the production methods of the peptides can affect the final product and how they affect the immune system vs pharma peptides. ugl steroids and ugl peptides are completely different in complexity. they said that non pharma peptides can
cause a 100-1000x greater immune response vs pharma. i didnt bother to watch the whole video so im not sure if they mentioned this but a perfect example is the glp1 semaglutide, tirz, and ret. the ugl ones we buy are symthetic versions and not recombinant. when a synthetic is introduced into the body, it triggers a big immune response and your body tries to eliminate it very fast because its a foreign thing compared to pharma things that are recombinant and not seen as symthetics. every peptide is different and im not smart enought to tell you guys if every peptide has a recombinant version and symthetic version. but ill say that certain peptides if when seen as symthetic your body will trigger immunity to that synthetic peptide when you go to use it on your next cycle because you will have antibodies to it so its not gonna work as well. also on page 10 and 11 it tells you the other dangers of different immune responses compared to the studies of immune reaponses then what were reported in pharma studies for whatevrr peptide. the meeting is long as hell if you want to watch it.

Ive avoided the peps for the most part. 157 and tb for healing only if needed. I prefer gear since its got near a century of tested use.

we are the test dummies for the peptides and there long term effects and how all the synthesizing impurities are effecting us

Thanks for post. I agree, we are, and Big Pharma has no problem jumping in on this bandwagon, slapping their Patent names faster than they can make the commercial.......

Agreed. That’s most medications especially the past century though. These advancements have been so extreme that if you were to look at a hospital from 1910 most people would say it was cruel and unusual punishment- not “treatment”.

The best way to educate yourself imo is to stay up to date with modern clinical trials on humans and even then we’re all different.

I’m about 2 hours in with some fast forwarding here and there. Lots of interesting points are being brought up such as L-theanine not treating sleep or anxiety disorders versus placebo.

But the real question are they really worth it??
I'm thinking not.

HGH is effective atleast for me 100%.

Sema I running/risking right now to be able to say for myself. I am comfortable enough to risk using a small dose with the evidence we have so far.

Tb500/Bpc I have seen many cases where it’s been so effective it left me nearly speechless- I still do not fully understand the mechanism of action and I am relatively versed in pharmacology.

What peptides have you gotten no results from? I haven’t gone into the obscure ones really, but I do believe a few are great.

hgh works for me, i meant like besides hgh and hcg. igf1 lr3 from multiple diff sources even payed extra and got the "receptor grade", the bpc tb5, cjc1295 dac, and i forget which one sermoreli. or tesa. but this was a few years ago. peptides have became alpt better in the past year or so, so maybe i would have different results now possibly. i know alot of people that have gotten great results from peptides but me personally i did not

Ahhh gotcha. I was about to say being a non responder to ALL peptides would be insanely rare

FlemDaddyKush's picture

i dont know to say if im a non responder or if the peptides are just ruined by the time i got them or if they were just very low purity.
