I was actual doing flys superset with press, with the 90s the other day and in the 5th rep of fly i felt a Lil twinge in my left pec. So many ppl tear pec with flys.

I keep the slight bend but the hand stays out past the elbow and shoulder. There's Def still some triceps activation though. But no where near a press. And they boost your bench like crazy. And weighted dips. And just dips period. IMO that's what will make a bench retarted they make your triceps so fucking strong.

Same with barbell benching, I’m following all power based lifting rules and approaching 315 soonish but with the recipe of benching like a powerlifter even a one rep max doesn’t smoke front delts.
