I’m using all aasdirect gear bouwen line. 700 test a pinch of tren and 50 Anadrol. Utilizing insulin so the trend only in to keep fat gain minimal.

Right. My hands would be cement in AM at 8IU. 4-5 IU is most i can handle at time, then I split.

No and I’ve put a ton of thought into this. I want maximum igf-1 conversion. So the half life of igf-1 is roughly 19 hours so I’d rather have 1 big spike than 2 smaller stable spikes. Also 3-6 hours for the gh to convert into igf-1 so by the time I wake up the igf is peaked.

I’ve tried morning dosing and I’m just tired all day long can’t stand it. From my experience bolus dose before bed makes the most sense.

So my conclusion on it is this- if your goal is fat loss you can dose throughout the day, faster am and all that. But if your goal is mass than one big nighttime dose is the way to go
