+ 1 Advice for first cycle. Cutting (oral/winstrol)

182cm. 127kg .25-30% bf (awaiting Dexa)
In my early thirties and have been training regularly since early teens. Never taken more than standard over counter, WADA approved supplements.
Always been between 21-31% bf over the last decade or so. Needed to keep body weight above 120kg for sports commitments. Not particularly bothered by loss of mass at this point whilst trying to get lean. But I want to mitigate against complete wastage, hence looking into basic cycle of Winstrol vs solely nutrition which will end up with me getting impatient and overly restricting my diet and being in a huge deficit to achieve results I’m going for.
Apologies in advance for long winded post. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I’d go with HGH Frag 176-191 or AOD 9604, 30 mins before cardio, skip the hormones till you reach a lower bf %.
A Winstrol cycle could help you cut fat while preserving muscle. Since it’s your first cycle, start with a moderate dose for 6-8 weeks and consider adding a mild testosterone base to maintain hormone levels. Watch for joint issues and ensure your diet and training are on point. Have a PCT plan ready to help with recovery afterward. Start low and adjust as needed.
anvilYeah if you want this dude to have 200/100 BP. You don't need drugs to get down to a healthy body fat level. If you not locked in on diet and training all the drugs you guys have in your warehouse isn't gonna get him in shape.
Set a goal of say 18 percent bf then look into a text only "cycle". My guess is 30 or over for bf shouldn't be hard to drop that down to a healthy level. Good job on posting a pic, just be honest with yourself and set attainable goals. Good luck.
Smh, the advice some people here give is wild. The guy doesn't need steroids to cut. He needs a high protein diet with some pre workout if he needs a boost lmao.

Thanks for responding to my Qs. Just a bit of context, never had to be ‘locked in’ to the point where I’d to drop BF sub 20 (18% was PB couple years ago & short lived as I got bitched and lost quite a lot of power).
I’m only 5’10 and would have essentially been out of a job had I dropped below 120kg so kinda got stuck in limbo for a few years and was complacent about it because it worked and served its function.
Not under those restrictions/criteria for first time in my adult life now so determined to get to a healthy weight for myself.
I’m not gonna ignore many guys points that this ain’t for me, at least not in the short term.
I’ll push on, 11 weeks into strict plan which is yielding good results. May revisit at sub 20% bf

Most people and I say most not everyone's blood pressure goes up with gear, so IDK what's yours is currently but add +10 on bottom and top number at least.
Whinny - this is a finishing compound you will get the side effects but not notice anything else currently.
Research GH as it has many health /fat burning/ recovery qualities but also can increase BP. Good luck my guy.
There’s no short cuts taking winstrol even with a test base is not going to make this guy loss fat without proper diet and training routine in place. This guy clearly needs to address his diet and training regime and put some time in naturally before he even considers a cycle. He even stated he will get impatient and doesn’t want to overly restrict his diet ect. No disrespect to the original poster but he clearly isn’t ready for a cycle nor experienced enough to achieve anything but side effects from one.
Winny isn’t going to do anything for you, the truth is you need a good diet and training schedule taking any sort of cycle isn’t going to do you any justice mate. You can be big and hold your weight but be in shape , the sad truth is there’s no magic potion or pill it’s all about hard work and dedication.
Cardio for sports. Winny stiffens joints and can cause issues and injury.
Theres peptides that help with cardio! Safer route imo. Better end goals.

I’m aware of the ligament/tendon issues. Not my biggest worry as my only sports moving forward after a very long career will be lifting and cardio solely to burn fat. My days of moving to fast or explosively are over I’m afraid….

Seems to me you need to focus on diet before considering gear. I'm going to be honest, my first "cycle" was winstrol only cycle. I had no knowledge in steroids, only a buddy saying take some winstrol and you will gain lean muscle. Well, I bloated up amd that was it. Get your diet in check and drop some body fat % and then start with a basic test only cycle.

Already dropped about 8.5kgs the last 10 weeks solely through diet so another few kgs off and I’ll be keen to try something new I think.

Diet is key brother. If you've never ran a cycle, test only is always the suggestion. Test is the base of every cycle. Get your diet dialed in, train hard, lose some body fat and a test only cycle will do you good. After a few test cycles you can introduce another compound with the test.
There is a wealth of knowledge on here. Research, research, and research before you start even a simple test cycle. I've learned so much from this website. It really is a useful tool, take advantage of it.

I heard that brother. Take it all in on here and don't be afraid to ask questions. There's plenty of knowledgeable guys on here. Just don't rush into things although it's tempting jump right into a cycle.

I’m very healthy blood pressure/heart scan biannually but the thought of taking meds to highten my core temp and RHR to mimic exercise doesn’t sound like a good idea to me.
Lots of friends used it and pretty amazing results but would rather get advice from someone who knows their stuff
No worries man. I've never personally used clen. I've always been on the leaner side, so I couldn't tell you much about it. Hit that search bar at the top and search for clen. I'm sure there's plenty of forum posts about it already. Wish I could be of more help on the topic.
