Bad to miss day of clen ?

I just got got back from college and now I'm working and I keep forgetting to take my clen ! I would normaly take it at 1pm , b/c I sleep late but now I'm waking up at 7:30 and I forget to take it and I get home at 4 and I take it then . I realized that if I take it at 4 everyday then I'm just changingy 24hr cycle over a few hours which is fine but some days I'm worried I might Completley miss is . I don't think that's that bad because the next day it's just gonna feel that much stronger when I do take it , and the days I miss it or might miss will most likely be the days I cannot go to the gym also . So what do you guys think ?

no problem. half life will take care of it. if you are on an ascending dosing sclle, try not to skip. I do not like the 2 weeks on off schedule. I think it is a waste and doesnt do the desired effect unless you want to get in beach shape. if you want to get on stage, dont miss, but if you do, just pick up ext day

2 weeks on 2 weeks off now I'm 2 weeks back on and it ends this Monday . I normaly start to up the does from 120mcg to 140mcg and then run 140 till Monday just because I can feel it's powers going away

Thats a little high of a dose but if it worka for you ok. Try keto if u feel the powers diminishing. Itll freshen those receptors up for you plus knock you out at night if u took a late dose

how long have you been running it for? its effectiveness starts to diminish

Probably a good idea to miss the rest of the days you're supposed to take it. I hate that shit!

Clen has a half life of 36-48 hours so missing a few hours wouldn't ruin your cycle. Missing a day probably wouldn't do much either except for the day you missed.
