I don’t actually train arms or abs or traps ever. Do more shoulder work very recently than I used to. Otherwise it’s legs, back and chest.

Trained them when I first started working out donkeys years ago and they blew up very quickly just on protein shakes and creatine. Didn’t know what I was doing in the gym, did flat bench and preacher curls all the time! Arms are naturally more developed and it’s the opposite for my calves which are definitely my weakest body part. Have started hitting them twice a week but it’s slow progress and boring to train.
