You can’t go wrong with ZPHC … never tried their GH myself, but if it’s anything like the quality of their oils and tabs… the gains are definitely on the way!
Hope so bro. Will be finishing off my Ultima growth first then move onto this. I’d had 9 months off growth before jumping back on at 3iu and quickly moved back to 6iu without sides. 7 weeks in so far, expecting to see real results in a few months time.

Bro that’s legit! I ran this exact stuff in the past and it’s very solid. Dissolves clean, no irritation, and it’s real. I actually fucked up. Wasn’t getting what I wanted out of 2IU, so me being me, instead of bumping it up to 3IU, I ramped it up to 5. After a couple of weeks my vitals machine was indicating arrhythmia, so I backed down to 3. You’re going to enjoy it, just give it time.
Good to hear mate. I know lots of people happy with the brand but hadn’t had feedback on the growth.

Nice order, how many iu you plan on running?
Found sweet spot to be 6iu split twice daily. First thing upon waking then 2 hours before bed so I can have a late shake well after pinning.
Going start this brand next week, think I will split as well.
Currently taking 4iu of another brand at once I'm sleepy as fuck hard ti get through the day.

You may want to reevaluate that protocol. It’ll probably screw up your blood sugar and insulin sensitivity at some point taking it in the morning, or eating 2hrs post injection. It’s just not long enough. With a Subq injection serum GH levels are high for many hours post injection. They begin rising steadily after injection and peak around the 4hr mark and stay highly elevated for hours after. So during this time it’s not good to have food or carbs in your system.
I’d take all 6ius right before bed. I eat about an hour before and take my shot right before I climb into bed. I figure it’ll be an hour or 2 after the shot before GH levels rise enough to cause problems. And by then my food should be digested. If you’re dead set on a morning dose like before fasted cardio for fat burning purposes do 1.5ius and take it IM. It kicks in faster IM, has an higher peak and the effects wear off faster. But still not fast enough imo. Also the fat burning effects are not any greater past 1.5ius and with a smaller dose It shouldn’t have as negative effects on insulin. But it’s still best to avoid. I split doses for a long time until recently and the fat burning effects seem to be just as good taking it all before bed and doing fasted cardio 8hrs later first thing when I wake up.
