Currently off cycle, but cruising on GKs test E, been horrible about taking my shots tho and just kinda do one whenever I feel like it’s been too long.

lol the past few weeks have been pretty smooth. My girl brings me home one pound of rice and one pound of beef from her work every night and I split it into a few servings for the next day and that’s helped a lot. Plus a carton of eggwhites and I’m guaranteed to hit 200 grams of protein everyday without even trying
I've just had an email through from one of the Science based Strength sites I am signed up to, its just constant studies investigating everything strength related Lol Apparently the optimal protein intake for muscle hypertrophy is 1.6 grams per Kilogram of bodyweight, and 1.5 grams per Kg for continual strength gains. So as you are around the same BW as me your daily intake is around the 150 gram mark so you are easily getting enough in there mate.
Ya that’s right around where I should be, I aim a little higher just in case and to make up for certain variables. For example, the say you don’t really absorb all the protein from raw egg whites and I get like 1/4 of my protein from that. So I think 200 is a good goal just to make sure
