I haven’t been on here much so I figured I’d join in the fun and contribute a little something. But a little fyi will not be contributing if we do calves like anvil suggests, I don’t think my cameras good enough to capture those tooth picks. Currently off cycle, but cruising on GKs test E, been horrible about taking my shots tho and just kinda do one whenever I feel like it’s been too long.

I think it’s because I started so young, entire family smoked. As a kid I remember ashtrays in every room in the house. Some were on pedestals and had sand in them lol
Ya some people seem to almost be uneffected by it. Like those 90 year old ladies who just keep smoking away. I think your overall health condition plays a role too. If you see those people who have copd and oxygen, there’s usually morbidly obese, diabetic, and riding in a scooter lol

My calves are awful. One of them has great shape but small and the other one has no shape and is small lmao. Im a team player tho so if we do calves I’ll post up
