Beginner user, looking for a weight loss stack

ad

Hey guys, pleasure to join your forums. I hear that you ladies and gentleman are quite knowledgeable when it comes to using steroids. I however, have never used them. I never needed them to build muscle and strength, that came naturally for me. But after spending some time in the county I’ve gained an undesirable tummy and weight loss is getting harder to achieve as I age.

Would you lovely folks be able to direct me to a reputable source for a weight loss stack? Also, what should I stack? I don’t have a million bucks(yet lol) but I was told that a 6 week cycle of winstrol and Anavar would fix my problem. Followed by post therapy nolvadex. Does this sound accurate?

I appreciate anyone’s advice Smile cheers

There are some things you can add for weight loss like Cardarine and hgh fragment . But calorie deficit will do the most and add some cardio

750mg strength training, 500mg cardio, 250mg food

I certainly hope you’re also going to mix in some test. The winny will reak havoc on your joints without it. I can’t stand winny myself. I could t get used to the itchy sensation, and I didn’t wanna pin it after seeing some horrid infections people have gotten from it. I did test prop eod and 50mg of anavar daily. Lost a solid chunk of weight that I had gained post cancer. Now I am doing prop eod, var daily and eod of primobolan. And I’m getting shredded. But your DIET MUST BE ON POINT as well as gym routine and cardio or it’s pointless.

I like the bussy with the sewed in weaves and don't really care if they're cute in the face as long as their thick in the waist. I turn em all face down anyway..

Such is the reason I have joined these forums. To educate myself from experienced users. Could you recommend a weight loss stack?

I’m planning on going on my usual diet of fasting 24-48 hours. I make a a gallon of water, toss some berries in to sit, add cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, honey, sodium, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar and lemon juice. I was honestly just curious if there was a weight loss stack that would get me back down to 12-15%BF. I’m at like 22% now --

Drock_357's picture

If you’re currently 22% bf gear will do nothing to fix that …that’s 100% eating, workouts, rest / recovery….if you can’t hit 12 - 15 % natty, gear is just a waste of money and shutdown….

NWApatches's picture

Your the fifth person Ive talked to this week that said they're going to fast to lose weight. Throw that fasting shit in the trash. Get your food right. Get in the gym. Get on the stairmaster or some other thing and get busy. Early to bed early to rise. Keeps a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I'm saying stay the fuck outta the street which in turn keeps you outta the county

I work harder than most people. I’m a roofer predominately, but build entire houses and I maintain the brier island lodge, alone. I get my exercise. I’ve just been sitting down eating cheese burgers and fries for a year lol fack.

As for my diet I pretty much turn everything into soup. But I found fasting helped me tremendously. I was down around 10% for quite some time, the fasting cut me very quick actually. I’m not trying to bulk, I maintain strength and muscle very easily. I’m just trying to chisel my abs back on

Fasting is just a very inefficient way of losing fat while simultaneously maintaining muscle you do have. Your body needs those amino acids floating around for anabolism (the making of proteins from smaller molecules) otherwise you get into catabolism (breaking down of larger molecules, proteins from muscles for example, into smaller molecules) to get your energy. If your caloric deficit is so extreme, such as yours would be working such a physical job, lifting (presumably?), and not eating for 48 hours your body gets in to a survival state where it’ll keep long term energy stores (fat) for survival, and catabolize non necessary tissues (extra muscle you may have but aren’t truly stimulating) for energy.

That’s all we’re getting at. Fasting is good for women, skinny people with no muscle, and people who can’t seem to count macros/calories. You’ll never achieve that physique where someone goes “damn that dude clearly lifts” by fasting.

IAmCowwboii's picture

I can’t argue with the veracity of your knowledge. I was just told that Anavar especially would really help me lose the fat I want to lose a little easier. I still eat well and yes @SeeOhShow , all I do is pick things up and put them down all day lol. Run around, do this do that. I’ll be returning to my daily core/full body workout routine as well, which I know will do it eventually. I am just hoping to expedite the process. Isn’t that the point of steroids?

Also, I never truly fast for 48 hours. I say fasting, but I still have small snacks throughout the day after working. I’d say the longest I’d ever go without any sustenance would be 20 hours, and that’s doing desk work on the computer.

SeeOhShow's picture

Eh maybe I’m in the minority, but I think anavar is an overhyped drug. Its “fat burning” properties are definitely exaggerated, and it’ll absolutely wreck your lipids. If anything you shouldn’t look at any AAS as “fat burners” and instead look at them all as a means to make nutrient partitioning more efficient and allowing you to hold on to muscle easier while in a caloric deficit. The fat burning really comes from the diet. Now there are fat burning drugs that do boost your metabolism, but they’re dangerous, and I’ve never needed/wanted to take them.

I will say being on gear makes day to day life easier in that I don’t have to get perfect sleep, perfect meal timing, perfect rest from workouts, and I can still be full of energy to do whatever I need to do. I remember when we had our newborn and were up every 1-2 hours, getting shitty sleep, and my wife goes “how the fuck do you have the energy to go work out”….well my hormones aren’t jacked from that rough period of having a newborn, because it was all exogenous. I just had to step in the gym and could push it hard as if I got all the sleep I needed.

IAmCowwboii's picture

I am suffering from sleep deprivation myself. It’s hard to get a good rest these days. I work non stop and my external stressors are numerous. I could use the energy boost.

So you would recommend Anavar where I intend to function in a caloric deficit at intermittent intervals?

Rosschestzip's picture

No steroid will help you lose fat. Any steroid that is used when losing fat is only there to help maintain muscle while losing that fat, so you don’t lose muscle as well.

There are fat burners but those are for people on extreme diets going from 8% bf down to 5 and 6% and they’ve already cut calories a substantial amount, and maxxed out cardio.

I know you’d like to expedite the process of losing fat but there’s really no way to do that, if there was there’d be very few fat people. One of the o my things that can help weight loss is something like semaglutide (ozempic)
But it just makes you not eat so you lose muscle as well as fat. There’s another fat burner that works that is extremely dangerous and is similar to putting yourself in a microwave.

In summary, there really isn’t anything other than hardwork, even when it comes to growing muscle WITH steroids, it’s a lot of hardwork. If steroids were magic everyone would be jacked.

It’s all about calories in and calories burned. If right now you eat 10 sandwiches a day and your weight stays the same, start eating 8 sandwiches instead and you will lose fat. If you eat 6 sandwiches you’ll lose even more, it’s very simple, not very easy but very simple

People are just so ignorant and misinformed nowadays when it comes to the uses of Steroids and what they are actually intended to do. Where did all this Bollocks come from with people saying 'I wanna get on Tren or Anavar to lose fat?!! Back when I got into training you got on Steroids if you wanted to get bigger and stronger and gain a tonne of muscle mass. When did Anabolic Steroids become known as Fat Loss agents???

Its pretty damn simple, if you don't want to be fat then don't eat so much - whats so hard about understanding that? Eat some chicken and Tuna salads and go for a 5 to 10 mile run everyday then see how much weight you lose. It doesn't cost any money and the concept is very simple. How many Bulimic or Anorexic people do you know that are overweight!

I’m also not a fan of oral only cycles. If you want to take something to help you out without delving into the AAS world, then perhaps look into taking HGH. Will help with sleep and fat loss. Quality, high purity, low dimer content HGH is cheap and easy to find these days. Not something you have to post cycle therapy from, worry about liver/kidney stress from orals, or other bio markers that get messed with from AAS. Just make sure you time your food (especially carbs) properly around dosing, so you don’t end up with insulin resistance issues.

IAmCowwboii's picture

I’ve honestly though about HGH, but I am unknowledgeable on that topic as well. Are there any down sides to HGH? Risks? Are you familiar with a reliable source I could examine?

SeeOhShow's picture

There are a couple lengthy and informative posts on the subject. Just use the search function here on eroids and you’ll find them. Just type in “HGH” and you’ll get there. Top 5 domestic sources are a good place to start looking for affordable HGH.

Getting enough sleep is pretty important for both fat loss and muscle building. Your cortisol levels get elevated from lack of sleep and that will negatively effect your fat loss. Before you go adding in any pharmacology get the basics right. That's your food, sleep and active levels.

I don't see your age anywhere but you definitely mentioned having a hard time losing weight as you age. Have you had your hormone levels checked? Is it possible your natural test levels are in the gutter? Which also happens to be a negative side effect of the lack of sleep. If you are low that too will negatively effect your ability to lose weight. Might be something to look into. After you have that info you could look into ways to increase your test levels. Whether that's getting all the basics in line, taking supplements which can help or going on trt.

IAmCowwboii's picture

I am going for bloodwork in the very near future. I don’t think I have a problem with my test, I can screw ten times a day lol. But ya never know.

I’m aware of the sleep issue being detrimental. That’s an obvious fact. I should be back on track in the near future, once I’m settled.
