As a person who struggles with mental health issues, I want to let any of my fellow beefcakes know that it doesn’t make you a wuss if you ask for any type of help. A good buddy on here that I just met not too long ago checked up on me and it meant the fuckin world. Well known on here and has the time to check on a homie. It takes strength to ask for help. I’m here for any of you guys. It’s like a brotherhood and I’m here to help and listen. Lost multiple friends to self harm and you wouldn’t even know they’re struggling. These are street dudes that have a name out there and they’re being taken out by their own self. Fuck man it hurts thinking about all the good ones lost. I’m here and pretty sure all of us got your back. Hope this helps someone or I hope it makes you check on your homies. Please guys, we’re tougher than this.

Self harm is way too common and I’ve seen too much of it in my own circle these past few years. Appreciate the post. +1

Mental health is a big pandemic mainly in men , even though it affect men and women but men tend not to talk about it or seek support as much, but when they see someone they can relate to or look up to then they might take the steps themselves to speak about it.

Glad to hear everything went good and didn't turn into something that couldn't be taken back. Sometimes thats all it takes is that one person in that moment to turn everything around. It's amazing how much talking can actually help.
