100% will utilise for next year's shows but this was more of a dummy prep to see where I'm at and to get in solid shape for a holiday to Greece on Saturday then it's time to enjoy some family down time and good food. If I come back without to much damage to the physique I'll pull down for a few weeks and maybe jump in to a show towards the back end of this season

My days are very structured every g of food is weighed every ml of water is tracked. 1 hour steady state cardio daily heart rate between 130-140bpm with 12,000-14,000 steps on top of that a day. I'm very active
600 test, 400 tren, 50mg anavar, 80mcg clen

I gotta question for ya ,I can’t really find a solid answer. So do you think you could do a few high carb days a week to build muscle and a couple ultra low carb days to burn fat and after a few weeks do you think you could’ve gained muscle and lost fat? I know both together is impossible BUT do you think it could work this way, or would your carbs and calories just average out for the week and leave you accomplishing neither?

Personally for me it's one or the other mate. If you go ultra low carbs you'll drop the fat but when you spike the glycogen stores with a high day every 5 days or so if your lean enough your basically carb cycling you'll get a fuller look for a day or 2 but won't be muscle gain it will be more glycogen stored in the muscle which will give the muscle a bigger fuller look but when you drop back down again after a few days them glycogen stores will be emptied. Now I think High days work very well especially over things like Cheat meals. I actually find when I run low and flat for a few days I'll run a high day gain a couple of pounds then the same time next week I'll weigh even lighter so it is actually a good way to reset and lose more body fat in the long run as it stops your body from goinf in to starvation mode and adapting to the low calories and slowing down. But if you want to bulk you need to be in a surplus for an extended period of time and you should try to hold on to this as long as possible before dieting as the longer you hold it the more chance of keeping it when you suck down

Ya I can bill pretty easily as long as I can get all the food in me, but I’ve always had this idea that If you were to eat like no carbs and tons of protein that maybe you’d be able to gain muscle and burn fat cus you have like no carbs, but I guess all that protein just keeps you from losing the muscle but without the surplus you wouldn’t be able to gain muscle. So my next idea was the carb cycling I mentioned above, to me it sounds like it would work but obviously it doesn’t seem to lol. So I was just curious on other peoples thoughts on it. Honestly I think I could do build muscle and lose fat doing it but it would be incredibly slow and I’d have to have the calories and macros dialed in perfectly. But the amount of time it would take , you’d be better off just bulking and then cutting separately instead of taking forver for minimal gains and minimal fat loss
