So after I was told I was above 20% bf I said I was taking off for a bit, and this is why, I was definetly above 20% sitting at 207, now I'm 189, haven't calculated fat yet but I'd guess under 20 now, I'm going to have a thick abdomen no matter what BUT I can see those lines coming in. Hard work pays off. Heart surgery is tuesday!

Wow. Big changes bro and fast too. Probably feel good looking in the mirror and noticing new changes, I love that shit. Good luck on the surgery, be careful with what your taking before surgery and maybe be honest with the surgeon if your unsure

The coaching and shit really helps, having a set meal plan and routine is nice. Plus my combo of hgh, lcarnitine, green tea pills, and DIM. Got a little harder and definetly lost that fat, mixed some old high-school wrestling workouts into my training and it did wonders. Doc knows I'm taking hgh, not a worry. Last week was miserable, so strict on food, sprints till I couldn't move, burpees till I felt like dying

I have DIM but didn’t really notice any differences. What dose are you running it at? That may be my problem.

680mg daily, but I use the stuff from 5% nutrition, I smoke pot regularly so my estrogen is a little higher than it should be.

Oh damn, I think the stuff I have is 200mg. That’s probably why. Couldn’t find anything on dosages. I’ll try taking three.

You got a coach? Damn this shits for real!! Do t Jill yourself if you can’t maintain it. Only go as hard as you’ll be able to do consistently. It’s smarter to go 60 mph for a whole 100 mile race than go 100 mph for the first 3 miles and then 30 mph for the rest, you know what I mean. But if you can keep it up than fuck it, keep it up!

Yep, I was told to take a week off, eat heavy and relax, let my body get ready for surgery and heal.

@V0411 like I commented to 23sparta I thought your pic was similar to @Rosschestzip bicep pic. Good job and just be safe while grinding your ass off man!

V0411's picture

Lol his biceps are more toned than mine, I just have a decent peak

Maybe my eyes are bad but looking at your top bicep pic, your biceps look just as big but I agree not as defined but I clearly see your bicep's separation

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya you do have a great peak there bro. And triceps really add to the meat of the arm, i think like 70 percent of your arm is tricep, especially that long head, that gives it that hang on the bottom

Those black shirts added to my confusion lol

V0411's picture

Haha tbh that's why I posted, seen Ross post and figured it was time. That front biceps pose is my common pose if I have to hold my phone.

Yea I remember that but when I saw this post I was a little confused for a minute. Lol I kept looking at your post then I would look at his post. It was kinda hilarious man. I'm thinking maybe the black shirt. But yea your biceps pose is good. We all have a certain pose that stands out.

Rosschestzip's picture

Oh shit I didn’t even think of that, your def gunna want those calories for surgery. Big surgeries fuck you up. It made my hair fall out( I have thick ass hair so it all came back) all types of shit happened after surgery, it’s extremely stressful on your nervous system so you don’t wanna go in already taxed from training and dieting, sounds like your coach knows what’s up

Exactly, I may do low dose var for a couple weeks after, like 3 or 4. Just to pack some lean weight back on after surgery.

Ya I believe Anavar is really great for recovery, not muscle recovery but like surgical recovery. I think it was Anavar that was prescribed for burn victims recovery in the hospital. And is especially good for collegen or tendons or cartilage or something, I don’t remember exactly.

If you look up what the actual medical usage was for some of these drugs, that’s where you can learn a lot. If your trying to research something and can’t find alot of info, try looking it up as the prescription name or whatver it’s first intended use was. I’ve found great info that way and gives you a good understanding of how that exact compound works and what makes it different from other ones.
