My Owed Reviews Still Showing (All Reviews Have Been Submitted)

I have Reviews Owed that will not go away been like this for months (all my reviews have been given) If an Admin can fix this that would be awesome!

I get how it goes away. When you click on mine no labs show up…when I wrote a review they went away, but the status ‘owes 2’ is still there
I still owe a review even though pack was stolen and I provided shop with confirmation number from carrier and won't remove it. Said they'd give me a discount on paid order which was cool but imo my tag should have been removed
Ya especially if there not resending. I had an issue with a source and I told him if he doesn’t want to send the missing products then remove the promo tag, or I’ll have to write a review and the review will be a bad one, but he sent it. I didn’t mean it as a threat but just if I have that tag then I HAVE to write one and it wasn’t a good experience so the review wouldn’t have been positive but it would be honest.
If you look at your reviews you have not written one for the lab you owe one or two to. So if you think you wrote it, it never went through, soooo time to write it again
He probably wrote it on the discussion page
Or that last question that people never see on a phone and you try and submit and it won’t let you because you didn’t answer the last question but you can’t find it. Lol it happened to me a few times in the beginning until I figured out what was happening. If he just clicked submit and closed it without answering that last question it won’t go through
