I use Myprotein multivitamin. I use British supplements for all my vit D, mushrooms etc. Good company if your in the UK
At high doses zinc and magnesium can’t be absorbed at the same time.
So it’s always made me wonder what could be wasted in a multivitamin.
Anyone here has positive experience with glucosamine? My friends swear it helped their joints, honestly i am sceptical about anything thats not doping (lmao).
Glucosamine helps with the promotion of synovial fluid around the joints and also helps rebuild of cartilage but you need to take for atleast 12 months to see any difference at atleast 2000mg daily
Collagen Peptides mixed with EAA's still have to be the best supplements that I have taken for joints having tried most of them by now. It can be hard to gauge though, sometimes shoulders and things just heal faster than other times and must be less sore. Throw in some estrogen from DBol tablets and its a game changer again.
AK80Animal Pak here ever since 2008. Even their old stuff from the 80's my Dad took. Looked like a Durham's Rock Hard Putty container. Take the guesswork and money and time out of the equation and just buy them.

i dont like huge pills so I take gummies, I look forward to taking them they taste good. I have a multivitamin then separate zinc, iron and magnesium. And i have vitamin C/ascorbic acid powder ill mix in with a glass of juice once a day.
AK80Animal Pak comes in powder form too now.
I double up on vitamin V
Yeah I like to rub that around my face
Yes yes. When the tongue gets tired i use my nose up in there
Now vitamins
Don’t get offf Amazon. All the stuff is counterfiet
AK80Unless it's from THEIR store itself: https://www.amazon.com/stores/NOW/page/7C89AA39-7209-4289-AA91-6D186B43F... Their big giant tub of dextrose is good to put on rice and mix in with pre & post workout drinks too. Got that idea from Brian Shaw in a YouTube video a couple years ago.
I've been taking these for around 30 years. 8 horse pills a day. Lol. Click on the link to see all the ingredients. https://www.lifeextension.com/vitamins-supplements/item02355/life-extens...
Excellent quality! Unfortunately, in order to cover all vitamins and minerals in optimal and not only RDA doses, it is quite normal for the serving to be so large.
I take 3 in the morning, 2 at lunch and 3 at bedtime. I order using autoship to get them cheaper. I stop autoship when I have enough.
Ive always been an Opti-men vitamin kind of guy.
I add my own Iron.
I do feel like NOW has really come on as a brand. Same with Nutricost.
NOW Foods ADAM.
It has all the right sources of vitamins/minerals in ok amounts considering the small serving size.
Now vitamins is my go to.
I just take Sainsbury's own brand with Iron, then take additional 50mg Zinc, Vit D, Vit C, Folic acid.
I like O.N.E. By Pure Encapsulations
