At high doses zinc and magnesium can’t be absorbed at the same time.

So it’s always made me wonder what could be wasted in a multivitamin.

Anyone here has positive experience with glucosamine? My friends swear it helped their joints, honestly i am sceptical about anything thats not doping (lmao).

Glucosamine helps with the promotion of synovial fluid around the joints and also helps rebuild of cartilage but you need to take for atleast 12 months to see any difference at atleast 2000mg daily

Collagen Peptides mixed with EAA's still have to be the best supplements that I have taken for joints having tried most of them by now. It can be hard to gauge though, sometimes shoulders and things just heal faster than other times and must be less sore. Throw in some estrogen from DBol tablets and its a game changer again.

Excellent quality! Unfortunately, in order to cover all vitamins and minerals in optimal and not only RDA doses, it is quite normal for the serving to be so large.

I take 3 in the morning, 2 at lunch and 3 at bedtime. I order using autoship to get them cheaper. I stop autoship when I have enough.

Ive always been an Opti-men vitamin kind of guy.

I add my own Iron.

I do feel like NOW has really come on as a brand. Same with Nutricost.

NOW Foods ADAM.
It has all the right sources of vitamins/minerals in ok amounts considering the small serving size.
