I'll see how long it takes for aromasin to leave the body. I'll stop a few days before. Or is it the lower estrogen level that affects the score? Someone told me metformin can affect the score too and I read the study they linked and I read other studies. I'd hate to stop the metformin.
I heard something about metformin affecting score but not too sure on that. But lower estro can affect score for sure.

Ok. Dude, I've been looking everywhere and read about kids on gh and adults and couldn't find a definitive answer.
They never explicitly say “test after X weeks” but their methodology in one of the experiments is testing igf levels 24, 48, and 72 hours post administration to see peak levels and how long it takes to return to baseline. I can only deduce that means they find a timeframe that short to be sufficient to see a statistically significant change
Would it make sense to pin 5iu’s an hour before the test? Wouldn’t it show elevated IGF?? I’m just throwing shit at the wall though, not saying it would definitely work.
I could pin my morning 3IU before my Monday bloods. Last test I waited til afterwards to do my morning pin. I should probably keep all things equal this time though. But I’ll run another test pinning my morning dose beforehand. It’s only ~$70 a test, so not really a burden to keep running it. I’m interested in the scenario you just said, so I’d be happy to test it.

I'm running 5iu's of the Supreme A before bed. I started Wednesday. A member came back with a low igf-1 level on 6iu's a day. Recently I’ve came off generic growth, and then back on. I’m convinced that, at least for me, it raises RHR. It also seems to be relative to the dose. A couple other members have experienced this as well

My heart rate started elevating on Saizen and then Humatrope. I hope the generic doesn't raise it more. My resting heart rate yesterday was 99bpm. It's lower at night though. 71bpm.
That’s interesting, in the study subjects RHR didn’t elevate much under pharmaceutical grade growth, but there was some elevation at the top end clinical dosages. I would assume you weren’t running 18iu, so idk. I’m glad to see that you are monitoring your RHR. Please be careful 99 is at the threshold where even western medicine doctors would become concerned.
I worked up to 4.5iu on the pharma stuff. When it comes to side effects, I seem to be a freak of nature. If my RHR was that high while I'm sleeping, I would be more concerned.

No worries. I didn't see any negativity. My heart rate has actually been coming down today. I took a 25mg aromasin Tuesday and I took one this morning.
Yeah, Asin works well for me too. I have had a lot of bloods drawn in order to correlate my actual E2 score with my physical and mental sides. At this point I can easily stay dialed where I want to be with that compound. That’s awesome that it’s bringing down your RHR
It definitely is. My RHR is 79bpm now. The gh has to be raising my estrogen.
You wanna hear how fucked up my body is? Have you ever taken GW501516(cardarine)? That shit made my body hair fall out. My chest, back, what hair I have left on my legs, arms, pubes and worst of all my eyebrows, were all damn near gone. The hair on my head and facial hair weren't affected. It happened to be a year I needed a new driver's license and they said they needed to take a new photo because it had been 15 years. I look like a freak. You have to really look at the picture to see my eyebrows. I showed my woman my license and she was laughing so much she was crying. Neither one of us really noticed I was losing hair. I stopped taking it and my hair ended up growing back. I still have a bunch of cardarine. I should just throw it away.
