Sorry, haven’t been the site in a couple weeks. I’m running 2IU’s at wake up and 2IU’s after work/before gym around 5pm. In addition to the above mentioned benefits just recently am I started to see the physical benefits, my stomach is extremely lean, my shoulders look great, all my muscles look really developed.
