I got proviron from this clown way back and now I’m thinking it probably dbol, which I’ve been hesitant to take the proviron cuz my kidneys compromised

Your probably fine. I've been using stuff i just got from him during his black friday sale and blood tests back up it's def test. Possibly even overdosed test. If you go through my pics you'll find bloods going back 6+ months or so from them and all show that the test is legit.
But honestly if you're uncomfortable with it even with proof from others then just trash it. It wasn't that expensive to begin with and it wouldn't be worth the anxiety of worrying about it.
