What do you guys add to your test cruise .

In about 4 weeks I’ll be coming off cycle which would be 3 months of NPP 300 a week Test C 500 a week and Tren A the last 8 weeks at 300 a week. I’m going to cruise at 250-300 Test C a week . I’m wondering what ppl like to add to there cruise I have heard low dose Deca . Primo and Mast . What has worked best for you guys and what do you think I should add to my cruise till I blast again in spring

Not really a cruise for me. I do, what i call, a "lifestyle cycle" which is basically spiked cruise, but you dont ever blast. You dont blast, you dont cruise, you stick on the enhanced cruise forever.

So what i take to keep me at 245lbs with full abs, and being able to make slow progress through out the years is - 250mgs of test, 70mgs of tren ace. 10mgs of var, 25mgs of proviron a day.
Tren is more for IGF benefits and nutrition partitioning. 10mgs of var with 25mgs of proviron is enough to make me look twice as enhanced than on test only.

Total is around 500mgs a week, which is a lot, but i have been blasting grams and grams for a decade, and i have actually done up to 2 grams for 2 years straight. So 500mgs a week for me is a huge decrease. And as i mentioned, this is not for health. This is for making slow progress for years, instead of blasting and then cutting back hard.

I back all the way down to a TRT dose, 125mg a week and I’m good. Feel good, look great, less bloated. Anything higher than that and I’d have to ask myself why I’m doing it. There’s a reason some of our bloods come back good. I wouldn’t run 300mg as a base year round, it’ll eventually catch up with you.

I agree. I'm no trt guy but I never understood how guys would add another hormone to their cruise or trt dose. Like JakeKo said it's called a cruise for a reason. Meaning time to let the body somewhat normalize .

It’s called a cruise for a reason, you cruise on test and recover. The second I try to throw a little something in the mix, it’s on!!!! By the following week I’m full cycle into 2-3 other compounds. It never fails, LOL. It takes a lot of patience and discipline to run a real cruise. Good luck with it, though.

Jake basically some of these guys aren't cruising...hell they're on cycle year round. It's obvious as heck. And they wonder why they're hardly making gains. Gotta rest the body.

after a cycle like that I would drop to TRT levels and let health markers come back into range. I know your bloods can't be lookin great on 300 tren. Even if you drop down to 200mg test for 4-6 weeks, and chillax on the training, you'll be more excited for your next blast.

After a 12-15 week blast I am pretty much ready for a maintenance phase to refocus my efforts. I have cruised on 300 test which retains more glycogen and gives a bubbly/full look. I have also cruised on 240 test & 100 mast which gave some more vascularity. Currently on TRT 150mg which is quite wonderful, it allows me to chill on workout volume and dial in cardio and diet before the Spring/Summer blast.

depending on your goals I would do either primo, mast, or deca

My goals are to maintain what I have keep strength as much as possible but also stay as healthy as I can while on gear . I have cruises just test before 2 other times this time looking to add something extra to the cruise

I don't add anything. Just stay on my trt dose of about 125mg/wk. Best thing to do for long term health and allows myostatin to reset so you are not fighting that during the next cycle.

We need to be pretty careful here because you don’t want to encourage guys to just stay on year after year.

My coach has his athletes run like 200-300 test and 100 primo during “health phases” between cycles. This is for competitive bodybuilders though who are looking to make money from the sport and have accepted that they are probably taking time off their life doing so.
