The domestic ranking says a lot. Customer service is almost as important as quality for me. We all know shit happens from time to time, but when history constantly repeats itself then it’s par for course.
I often ship stuff to buyers all over the lower 48 via Pony Express. And it’s always been my understanding that once a label is created, if it isn’t scanned within 30 days at a Pony Express facility on the way to its destination, that the tracker and label are no longer good and Pony Express will just return to sender it. Certainly hope that isn’t the case here as my label was “created” about 22 days ago..
I’ve heard nothing but good things about pure on here.. I ran some of their stuff about a year ago I got from a guy at my gym and loved it.

I’ve ordered here at least 4 times last year and this last order from dec 19 still hasn’t been delivered. Label was created but hasn’t advanced past that status. I thought it strange that it originated in the Midwest instead of the usual southern state. I won’t speculate as to what has caused this very long delay for a domestic source but I really wish things would come together so we can all get what we paid for.
