I’d avoid buying from anyone at your gym, you’ve come to the right place here. But there’s rules here, so we can’t just say “buy from here and get this”. Under the sources page you can find the ranking system and reviews. Use your best judgment there but basically any top ten ranked site is good to go. BUT that’s when you’ve learned and studied and researched. You can learn a lot here but diet and training are number one and no amount of drugs will help you if those aren’t on point. So get that squared away first. Asking the training question is a good start, if you use the search bar you can also find older posts were guys have written up a lot of good info on things like that.
This is solid!
Thanks Champ!!!
I got some guys in my gym shilling stuff, but, really, I want a 3rd party opinion of people who have no monetary skin in the game...folks who "have been there and done that"
Most people are going to tell you if you want to get your feet wet you start with a test only cycle. Once you've gotten the hang of what it feels like, how your body reacts to it and what kind of dose you can run without any ai's or how to deal with estrogenic side effects that occur effectively then it's time to consider adding in another compound to the mix. There's sub forums here for reviewing both vendors and individual products. Start there and go with one of the higher rated vendors and higher rated testosterone brands.
This isn't something to just decide to do without a bunch of research and consideration. You need to get a good grasp of everything you're going to need to have on hand to run a cycle, an idea of when they need to be used as well as getting blood work at least twice. First time before you touch anything to get your current baseline and again once you've been on cycle for 4-5 weeks to get an idea of how your body is handling everything. If you find you need to make some changes to correct an issue after the 2nd test you should do a follow up in a few weeks after you've started trying to correct the issue to see if you've actually fixed it or not.
There's tons of info available here if you just search or browse the site. There's plenty of other sites and youtube channels that discuss all this stuff as well. Just do your best to stay away from sites/channels that have an obvious financial motivation to get you to buy from a certain vendor or product. Just because someone is sponsored by a company doesn't mean that their info isn't good. But chances are it's at least a little biased.
Noted!!!!
So useful.
Thanks!
