I’m good did a house renovation trying to keep up the motivation with this crazy world going to stock up until a war hits us you know ..
Seriously mate that's almost telepathic, about an hour ago I was looking up the cost of these contemporary house renovations everyone seems to be getting done atm!!! Its where they take an older 3/4 bed detached from like the 50's and reface all the exterior with new big grey doors, reroof it and paint it white - put a big electric sliding entrance gate at the front. Looks really cool I think - Is that what you have done?
It was built in 96 but obviously the old flooring cheap plastic counters in the bathroom so I’ve changed all of that to granite new floors all around the house ripped all the carpets in the bedrooms did the vinyl fence around about 35 pieces of 8 feet width . It’s a neighborhood so nothing gated did a new appliances the showers all new cabinets new sinks those round bowls design , new shower glass new windows ,all stones in the back yard no more grass with a big 30’ x 15 fake grass for the dogs only Ac and roof roof is left down the road
Nice bud sounds great!! If I tried doing some of that stuff I would destroy the house totally, do not have a clue about DIY stuff LMAO I am thinking you may be US and not UK based talking about AC systems?
Us and Very Hot State yes it took me couple of years to finish the project every time I bought things and set them aside in the garage the demo dust is a silent killer the worst !

That’s so true a forgot No Ac in the UK except that crazy hot summer they had few years back
We should have it as standard in our homes like everyone else does, summertime is a killer esp with it getting hotter every year. To do 1 bedroom and 2 rooms with outside extractor you can buy a kit for £2k if you know how to plumb it yourself, its messing about with AC gas thats the problem though.
Here if it’s the East Coast or West Coast if you don’t have an AC you’re toasted freaking hot burning..-- last summer was 111 Fahrenheit brutal
Certainly getting hotter in the summers. At the moment I’d be more inclined to spend the money on a boat. Rain, rain, and more rain…..
