First cycle of test E at 400 mg/week, HCG? Aromasin?

I’ve been finding mixed information on whether or not to use HCG on cycle or at all. I’m also confused where I would put aromasin in. I’ve read that some people do 12.5 mg EOD starting at week 4 and continue that until 2 weeks into PCT then the last 2 weeks do 6.25 mg. I know aromasin use is dependent on sides and bloodwork, but Im just wondering exactly what weeks I would use it. Do you keep using it during the time between the last test shot and starting PCT? Also would I do 6.25 mg ED or EOD the last 2 weeks of PCT?
So for aromasin is this appropriate?
Week 4-16: 12.5 mg EOD
Week 16-18: 6.25 EOD OR ED
week 1-12: test E 400 mg/wk
Week 14-16: clomid 100 mgED, Nolva 40 mgED
Week 16-18: clomid 50 mgED, nolva 20 mgED

I also posted on Reddit steroidwiki and people are saying it takes like 4-6 weeks to feel anything and that I should do a 20 or 24 week cycle. From what I’ve seen on here a lot of people do 12 weeks though.
The thing is you and they tend to forget that you won't keep making gains the whole 24 weeks or so because of a hormone called myostatin, which will eventually slow gains down. As far as folks saying it takes 4-6 weeks to feel something...not true. Testosterone injections can be felt sooner than 4-6 weeks. Obviously you need a bit longer to get full benefits but not necessarily 24 weeks so not sure about these folks you're getting your info from. Plenty of folks have been ok with 12 weeks especially if it's only testosterone.
Ok so would you say weeks 4-12 use an AI if needed? Then nothing for 2-3 weeks, followed by nolvadex and clomid PCT? Also is HCG recommended for this dose?
You got the PCT spot on (can adjust to week 14-15 and week 16-17) but the only one that can answer the aromasin question is you. You may not need at all or you may need week 2. Depends on your symptoms and bloodwork and how the aromasin effects you.
Just making sure we’re on the same page, a total of 4 weeks on PCT right? And wait 1 week or 2 weeks to start PCT? And yes or no to HCG?
I usually do 2 weeks and 2 weeks. Total of 4. On only 400mg a week i would think 4 weeks is sufficient. And usually 2 weeks to start pct. Deca i usually wait 3. This is my experience only, others may feel different. Hcg ive never tried. 48 yrs old with 4 baby mamas so not really concerned of having more kids
