-5 am I expecting too much from this really long cycle?

ad

Hello,

So, with a really good training regimen for hypertrophy, a surplus of 500 calories, and enough sleep, I wanted to add 15-20lbs of lean mass on my body and under a year.

First of all, I wanted to do a big cycle of 1250 test + 1000 eq for 30 weeks, but since apparently eq is weak, and take forever to peak in blood stream, I just decided to go with 750 test + 750 eq with frontload and for 40 weeks (with frequents ECG, bloodwork) and drugs/supplements to prevent LVH, Kidney damage, lipids off, etc..

So, my plan is 15-20lbs of lean mass, while walking really lean in 12 months from now. 40 weeks in bulk, 12 weeks of cruise to recover & cut (Total = 52 weeks/12 months). With a surplus of 500 calories, for 40 weeks (280 days) I will (without counting water & glycogen) be 40lbs heavier. am I seeking for unrealistic gains, or it can happens with a really good diet, training regimen and sleep?

All I can hope is this is a troll, if not, buy a headstone and plot along with your gear. Blood is going to be 5w30. I just… wouldn’t.

And I thought I had some bad ideas, jeez this guys got me beat by a mile lmao
Dude thinks if he adds up how much gear a pro took to turn pro and then uses all that in one cycle he can turn pro in one cycle. “So jay cutler probably took about a gallon of test over the course of twenty years so if I just take that gallon and do it in one year I’ll be pro” fuckin genius bro

Wow you just summed it all up. That's the thinking though. It's sad

Rosschestzip's picture

I think a lot of guys have similar thinking, not that extreme but similar. That’s why kids are always so obsessed with what pro took how much and what compounds. I mean don’t get me wrong I was interested in what they took too but just to make sure they weren’t on some crazy new thing or doing something I never thought of. But you can just see the lack of effort and work ethic just walking around the gym. I never see anyone struggling and yelling squeezing out those last painful reps. Everyone is breathing normally not sweating not turning red not growling lol, and just puts the weight back gently when there done. Everyone works out like grandma at physical therapy lmao and then goes home and writes up a 3gram a week cycle cus some ding dong on tik tok said that’s what the pros do

Ya know what I can't add to what you already said. I mean it's obvious like you said.
I'll say this, yesterday I was working out and noticed this guy I usually see on a regular basis at my gym. Well it had been a month last time I saw him and he was obviously juiced up. Thing is, like you said above, the dude was on his phone, talking alot, resting alot and worse of all using bad form with light weights. I don't know man it was crazy. Everyone in the gym noticed what I noticed. Total dependency on gear and what someone reckless in gym or internet advises.

Catalyst's picture

Like you and Ross said above, that’s the difference. The work ethic. It’s ridiculous to think that you guys look the way you do just because you pin more gear than others, it’s the work ethic. It’s that extra rep, that “I’m going to the gym although I feel shit” attitude, that forcing food down you really don’t want. Extra mgs if gear don’t make up for that and they never will. It’s hard graft.

DeeMan's picture

@Catalyst @Rosschestzip I'm sure guys are tired of hearing this but when you personally see someone lying in a hospital bed due to being reckless using gear then you tend to look at things differently and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced that. You warn them and they just don't heed the warning unfortunately. At the end of the day not worth all the trouble.

Rosschestzip's picture

The food!!! That’s what really separates the men from the boys!! I truly believe I’d be wayyyy farther along if I had the same discipline in the kitchen that I have in the gym.

No need for Christmas cracker jokes eh?

Post up a self pic, let’s see what we are working with. I’ll then gladly offer up my experience. I’m sure other will follow suit and do the same.

DeeMan's picture

Lol...Merry Christmas my brother and hope your health is getting better. I remember you had surgery I think.

Catalyst's picture

And you too buddy. All good here, shoulder isn’t great but no point moaning about it. Plenty of surplus protein intake today lol.

DeeMan's picture

Yeahh budyy! I can digg that brother. Just thought I'd check on ya. Hey man Merry Christmas and be safe

Exactly what I said and he can’t seem to respond but chimes in on everything else…..let’s see what ya look like kid

@Claudezilla I swear all these guys listen to so called steroid gurus who tell them that they gotta use x amount in order to grow lol...damn shame. News flash..no you don't!

Rosschestzip's picture

Idk man, I don’t think anyone would recommend these cycles

DeeMan's picture

They shouldn't but nowadays nothing surprises me. Too much of anything is never a good thing, especially using gear.

Makwa's picture

I think he is still busy running his 3 yr primo bulk cycle

Claudezilla's picture

Smh lol well you just can’t tell some people any damn thing because they heard so and so do this or say that….i guess I really wanna say go for it but at the end of the day this shit can and will kill with reckless use and sure maybe not immediately and when that youth wears off and the idea of having mortality kicks in it’s already too late because the damage has already been done…but what do any of us know we’re just being negative “haters”

DeeMan's picture

But that's what it sounds like...you hating lol

Claudezilla's picture

I mean at this point I am hating on this tool ..I don’t care if I hurt his feelings this dude needs to be slapped hard with truth he’s not willing to listen to anyone and wants to argue about what a pro takes or has taken…fuck go for it bro swing for the fence…nobody wants to see this guy get hurt but he’s just not willing to listen to reason

We all were stubborn and wanted those gains asap at one point but honestly man you can call it being scary or whatever, but I always was fearful of messing myself up and I don't see that same thinking with alot of folks, especially younger guys. We've chatted so you know my deal. But hey to each their own.

wanted's picture

My guys you will run this cycle and GAIN 8 pounds eating only 500 surplus calories.

UncleYoked's picture

If you're expecting uncontrollable acne, panic attacks, high BP, blood that has the consistency of 15/40 motor oil, then I'd say your expectations are on point.
The initial 1250/1000 is a stupid cycle, don't even consider it for 20wks.
I wouldn't even run 750/750. Step it down to 500/600 and then 20wks. You're trying to add a lot of mass using a compound that isn't really known for heavy mass. Of course you'll toss on some solid muscle with EQ but nothing like 40lbs. Slow it down a bit champ, this is a marathon, not a race.

JakeKO's picture

Wow, Bro! That’s a fuckin crazy cycle. 40 weeks??? No breaks??? I don’t even know what to say about that. Sounds very dangerous to me, especially with EQ. Who on this earth recommended this to you???

JakeKO's picture

Well, I ran EQ for 16-18 weeks two years ago. I procrastinated on donating blood during the cycle. When I finally went to donate, I was turned away because my blood iron levels were over 20. Took me several months to get my levels under 18, and I definitely felt like shit the whole time.

JakeKO's picture

That would definitely be a better choice for your cycle. My two best bulking cycles are listed below, although I’ve just never been disciplined enough diet wise to get the most out of it. Keep in mind, if you really want to grow, food is everything. Eat a lot of protein, twice your body weight in protein grams per day. No bullshit food or snacks, and drink a lot of water, and train hard on either one of the cycles below, and I promise you’ll grow like a beast.

12 - 16 weeks
750 mg of Test E or C
500 mg of Deca
40 mg of DBol split to 20mg twice per day for the first 4-6 weeks
.5mg Arimadex every 3 days

12 - 16 weeks
750 mg of Test E or C
500 mg of Deca
50 mg of DBol split to 25mg twice per day for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for the whole cycle.
.5mg Arimadex every 3 days

And remember, food and training is everything. If you can’t be disciplined about it, don’t do either cycle or you’ll turn into a bloated monster. At least That’s what always happens to me. But like I said, I’ve always fucked up food wise. Good luck!

DeeMan's picture

At least you're honest about your downfall. Hey I need to do better with my diet also. I have to eat a little more than what I normally eat during cycle. Not a big eater which isn't good cause everything starts in the kitchen.

JakeKO's picture

I’ve actually cleaned up my diet and leaned out substantially, to the point that my whole family has been telling me how thin I look ver the past two days. My wife hates it, and like me bigger, although fatter isn’t bigger in my book, and a lot of it was bloat and fat. I asked her to just bear with me a little longer, and once all this fat is gone, I’ll run a clean bulk and keep it strict. I have a few months before I can see myself running a bulk though. I also love the way I’m looking right now. Been chubby for so long, so having some abs right now is pretty fucking cool to me.

DeeMan's picture

I agree brother. And honestly I'm glad that your new look is making you feel better. You're probably healthier now too. See that's what it's about..you being happy with yourself and not trying to hate on another guy or look like another guy ya know? I know that's not you but that shit is rediculous lol and I never understood it. Keep up the good work and at the end of the day I think your wife will get use to and like your new look. But I can understand because she's use to your other look.

JakeKO's picture

Thanks, Bro! She understands where I’m coming from, but you know how Italians roll, they start thinking you’re sick, and start thinking you got cancer or something. Meanwhile, my AWESOME wife sees it as a reflection of how she’s feeding me. She knows what’s up, but can’t say” Well, the steroids he’s on right now are helping him lean out”. LOL!!!! I’m still the biggest and most fit guy in the room, while they’re stuffing their fat faces with my wife’s home made desserts. God forbid I start discussing their current condition. Then I’m the asshole. SMH!!!

DeeMan's picture

My lady half Italian so I can digg it.

Damn what you said at the end was hilarious. You straight fat shamed all of them lol. You can't win for losing huh? Just keep it up, hell we all need help and motivation. It ain't easy, and if it were everyone would be doing this.

DeeMan's picture

+1 This is true. I remember seeing this

Bearded_muscle's picture

Yes you’re expecting too much.

Actual lean tissue gain, like real stage muscle, is very slow, even on steroids. Ten pounds in a year is a massively successful year. It’s doable but you will need to hit six meals a day, 8+ hours a sleep of night, 1-2 gallons of water a day and your calorie surplus will need to increase as the cycle goes as well to keep gaining.

40 pounds heavier? Shit absolutely. But that ain’t muscle dude. It’s water, fat, inflammation and probably 25% real hard tissue.

Also really reconsider your cycle structure. Do not front load. Think about how much anabolics are really necessary.

Just just starting, so grow on 300-400 total and increase when needed. 20 weeks in you’re probably going to need more, you’re bigger, eating more, THEN you increase anabolics. Then you grow, then you eat more, then you increase again etc. I’m not gonna lay out your entire cycle but if peak dose is 2 grams you start at 300-400 increase each week you don’t see progress, if you do see progress don’t increase unnecessarily.

Shoot me a dm if you need more help

UncleYoked's picture

Very possible.

Claudezilla's picture

40 weeks really….oh boy 14-16-20 sure but get ready for some negs man nobody is going to support this

Don't get sucked into this crap mate - this is the 41 year old steroid newbie that not so long ago wanted to run 3g Test for 30 weeks and figures if he starts gear now he can become as IFBB pro soon. Look through his previous forum posts.

Greg's picture

I would HIGHLY suggest you read the rules, taboo topics, and our policy on posting reckless cycles in the open forum. (we have a group for that). If you want solid advice, POST YOUR REAL AGE. If you don't, I'll assume you're 22 and we'll see what happens from there.

UncleYoked's picture

That's a tough game to be in and TBH, just because a pro is running 3g of gear, doesn't mean they know what they are doing. They're relying on the gear to carry them instead of the work when I believe that's the wrong method. The old school body builders were smarter. They ran lower, worked harder, made the gym their life and had better physiques than 99% of the guys walking on stage today with 1/10th of the gear.
The EQ is where I see the real problem (at 1k) and I say this from experience. It's fucking brutal at that dosage and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. I did it one time, eq was my favorite compound and I went with the more is more mentality and I've never touched it again since then. I didn't even make it 16 weeks before I was crippled with anxiety and panic attacks. I've never experienced panic before, so this was alarming and confusing at first as I didn't understand what I was feeling. It was unpleasant and I've seen it happen with others as well. Never again for me.

Makwa's picture

How about smashing 1k cals above your TDEE and putting some hard work in the gym. Go ahead and pin 3g of gear. When you are done doing that and wondering why you still look the same then we can talk about how to really build muscle

Makwa's picture

Press knows what’s up. Lol
