Spanish bodybuilder/youtuber "Villano Fitness" passes away
A guy who went to vegan natty with a pretty good physique (Heroe Fitness) to all-in roid user (Villano Fitness), did lots of experiments with gear.
He was very well informed and made youtube videos about compounds and cycles. A very humble and likable guy who recognized he was reducing his life span, just passed away at the age of 29 (edited: actually 29 not 31)
Probable cause is gear abuse but theres rumors about an hepatic adenoma bursting and taking his life. His girlfriend Vera Schroder only confirmed his death and -maybe- will give details in the future.
He was 175cm (5'7) tall and almost 125 kilos (275 pounds). Admitted to use some breathing machine at night to sleep.

Supernova283This should be a wake up call for anyone who slacks during their cycle/blast. These drugs are dangerous. If you have money, time, and effort for AAS then you better damn have money, time, and effort to do them as safely as possible.
Get your Bloods done, don't skimp on liver/kidney/lipid support. Eat well. People go their whole lives without drinking/doing drugs you definitely can abstain for at least the duration of your cycle.
This is probably something that happened a lot more frequently, but in the information age it's much easier to see now. This is dangerous brothers. Stay safe out there.
I wonder if social media platforms and the increase in frequency of worldwide news, spread rapidly across the globe is why we hear so much more about these deaths or if there is something more unique causing more deaths, heart attacks, blockages, etc. There's no doubt that PED usage and dosages have increased to levels probably less likely 10 years ago and even more so 20+. I just really would like for some statistics or for more guys to come forward from earlier eras and speak the damn truth. The whole truth. I feel like it's also more common now for guys to be completely upfront and honest about dosages, etc. Earlier eras have been caught in lies or fudging numbers for the cameras to make it seem like they were more "superior" maybe and less reliant on PEDs. I would be interested in others thoughts on this as well. Just seems like every other week, bodybuilder dead news is becoming common and regular news. Too many factors though to know for sure the causation or reasoning behind why exactly that is.
And by the way thanks for bringing that up. It's definitely a concern for alot of folks. I still stand on what I said about ole school bodybuilders. Clearly there were some guys from back then that looked way better than some guys today. Again they all have lied but the lies have gotten way worse over time. And it needs to be understood that there are guys that don't have to lie about anything because of their genetics, I can name a few in fact so @Mac12769 we can't say everyone has to lie, not true, majority do but not all. I just think alot of guys have a hard time understanding how some guys back then looked so good with using less gear. Hey it happened..it is what it is lol. History is history. I look at facts. Again thanks.
Very true.
I was giving a thumbs up for Mak's comment to the ancillaries being used, not the lying. Not sure why I was referenced.
You're not sure why? I saw your thumbs up. So that's why you were referenced. I just stated truth in my comment above that's all.
But hey everyone is entitled to their opinion, wrong or right.
Everybody lies about how much they are taking, whether from 40 years ago or today. The guys with big contracts from the supplement companies for obvious reasons. "You mean taking this creatine and whey protein won't make me look like you"
The real issue with BB keeling over more frequently these days is because of not only greater doses of steroids but the use of all the different ancillary compounds being used besides AAS. You can only get so big on steroids alone. Hence why the bodybuilders of the "golden era" where these ancillary compounds weren't used so prevalently would just be today's classic physique competitors in most respects. These "ancillary" compounds allow todays users to utilize these increased dosages of AAS more efficiently and pack on absurd amounts of mass so they just keep upping the dosages of ancillaries and AAS to insane levels to reach the next plateau and then the next and the body eventually gives out. Unfortunately, bodybuilding with PEDS is the most unhealthy sport there is. Dancing with the devil to look good on the outside while your insides are being ripped to shreds. For every Yin there is a Yang.
Well said. I'm just as confused as you are.
Just seems like this type of unfortunate event happens on a weekly basis. I agree I see alot of guys being upfront about dosages but I'm also still seeing guys not being so upfront when the shit is obvious. So for me even though guys have lied for years about what they used, back in the 70's most gyms were said to have been wide open in regards to gear usage talk. I do think the majority of those guys told the truth. Their stories add up a little too much to be a lie. Sure some used more and lied but I don't think that was the majority of those guys back then. I do think those guys were more focused and less distracted and worked hard to say the least.
This is sad to say the least. Unfortunately this type of news is beginning to occur more and more and there's a good probability that it won't stop. At 31 the guy was just probably starting to hit his stride in life. Very unfortunate for he and his loved ones. Not sure of cause of death or even if he abused steroids. Again I don't know a damn thing about this guy and no need for me to assume but hey everyone is entitled to their opinion. Sadly he's another bodybuilding brother that we lost too young regardless of cause of death. This lifestyle can be rough.
I am sure this is the same guy I was reading about a few days ago - Wasn't he a Doctor as well and was supposedly having treatment for the Liver problem?
Edit: WOW No this was ANOTHER guy!!
