Have you guys @JakeKO and @LondonGeordie noticed your strength jumping on this stuff pretty quickly?

JakeKO's picture

Immediately!!! First morning in the gym, strength had a noticeable increase. I also tested it daily and pushed myself up ten pounds in every exercise. Was it the Anadrol??? Or was it psychosomatic? I can’t say, because I usually stay in my slightly uncomfortable zone, but on the Anadrol, I pushed myself harder. I did hit a new personal record of 100lb incline dumbbell presses for seven reps. Hardest part was setting up for the set being that I work out alone. Getting the dumbbells up on my thighs was enough to scare me off from doing it again. I can see myself get hurt and ruining everything because I’m stupid like that

wanted's picture

I have a similar problem. My wrist hurts when lifting of the dumbell above the knee while sitting down on the bench. When going heavy i have to feel uncomfortable and ask someone not for a spot but to help lift the dumbell on my knee after sitting down..

JakeKO's picture

I hear ya, I’m always scared my wrists are going to snap. I always want to ask someone for help, but feel weird about it because I always have EarPods in and rarely ever socialize. I basically nod at the familiar faces, and ignore the rest.

DeeMan's picture

Wanted and @JakeKO so I bet you guys never tried to raise your thighs up while dumbells are sitting on top of them? That momentum makes it easier to get dumbells to shoulder level. Gotta be careful doing that but it makes it alot easier trust me.

JakeKO's picture

@DeeMan

Crazy day at work, Bro, didn’t have a chance to sign back on.

I actually always place the weights on my quads, and throw them up as I lay back, all in one motion. Not sure I could level out quickly enough if I didn’t do that. I saw it in a video a year ago and have been doing it ever since

DeeMan's picture

It's all good man. I was thinking incline DB press or DB shoulder press but you're doing DB bench. Man I haven't done that in over 10 years. Lol give me that damn barbell!

JakeKO's picture

My ass is old, Bro! I stopped flat and incline barbell bench several years ago. I started getting a pain in my left shoulder when I barbell benched. I realized that I didn’t get this pain during dumbbell flies, so I started dumbbell pressing, and the ability to control the dumbbells prevented any shoulder pain. I never Barbell benched again. I still close grip barbell press, and for some reason, I don’t have any pain doing them. At my age, you don’t question pain, you realize nothing is worth not being able to train.

DeeMan's picture

Hey we're not too far behind ya. Man we're miles past our prime...some of us a few miles and others thousands of miles past prime lol. Yea we older but smarter and not reckless. Shit I can remember as a 20 something yr old going into the gym on a cold night and slapping plate after plate on the barbell bench without thinking twice about warming up. No way I'd do that foolishness now. But man no shame in our age as long as you take care yourself. The hell with age

JakeKO's picture

I agree 100%

wanted's picture

I actually do that. At my gym the 100’ to 120 have the thicker grips. So when im standing before sitting i have the trouble with my wrist getting it up over the knee then sit down. I can raise them up no problem after there sitting on my knees

DeeMan's picture

Good deal. I won't dare to do that with anything heavier than the 120s. More than 120 then dumbells need to be handed to me.

wanted's picture

Lol. Yhea im abit less stronger then you buddy
I need 100 ‘s to 110’s for ( 12-15 reps) handed to me I havent lifted over 120’s in 15 years and luckily my gym only goes up to 120’s so i can hurtt myself to bad trying to show off.

DeeMan's picture

O my bad. I thought you had no issues with the 100-120s but just getting them to your knees.. Guess I read that wrong.
Lol not trying to compare strength at all. I think you lifting that amount of weight is good for a 50 yr old guy. And the only folks that show off are those pretty boys that wanna look pretty for that selfie post lol.

JakeKO's picture

Props to both of you guys! My wrists might snap if I tried 110’s, LOL

DeeMan's picture

Trust me it's nothing to bragg about. Who likes lifting heavy ass weights? I don't!

Mac12769's picture

Its powerful stuff. I have to slow myself down working out or I'll be paying for it later at my shoulders/wrists.

I am sure you already know this training in a gym and seeing others doing it - but you realise the technique in getting heavy dumbbells up to bench press is to start in a stood up position at the bottom of the bench holding the bells either side, then in one momentum using fluid motion sit down and back while kinda bouncing and kicking the bells up and back with your thighs. Rather than just sitting on the end of the bench and picking them up from a deadstop off the floor?

LondonGeordie's picture

Same with me I felt like I was pushing myself more than usual with the adrol, I’ve got slight bit of discomfort in my shoulder might of pushed myself a bit too hard lol

LondonGeordie's picture

Yeah mate.
I’d say like 5 days in I managed to lift extra 20kg for 1 rep on bench, extra 20-30kg on leg press and 20kg on deadlift. Was getting mental pumps felt like my arms were gonna fall off haha
First week I was only doing 100mg, 50mg in morning and 50mg about hour before i trained

Nice one buddy - I'll happily take those increases if they happen! LMAO

I love this Anadrol. I’ve run several different brands, but this one is like old school Syntex. Worth every penny, and I didn’t experience all the sides I did with the other brands. Not sure why.

press1's picture

You were BANG right about this stuff mate - it feels brilliant!! There is none of that instant shitty headache or depressive feeling to it (yet lmao). Can't wait to see what its like in training Yes 3

press1's picture

Woke up feeling well too which I NEVER do on Adrol LOL @JakeKO

JakeKO's picture

That’s great! Happy you took my word for it. I really enjoy two week blasts on this stuff. The one thing I forgot to warn you is that it made me grow a little too fast for my lifestyle. People at work noticed after only a two week run. Almost a little Dbol-ish without as much bloat. As much as it feels good, I don’t like the attention. I had to make up all kinds of Creatine bullshit stories, LOL!

RobertB80's picture

Jake your comment is the best advert for steroids I’ve ever heard: “it made me grow too fast” I’ve literally just gone and bought some!

JakeKO's picture

LOL, that was not my intention. Although, this stuff is what Anadrol is supposed to be. I just haven’t experienced any Anadrol like this since 1989 when the original Anadrol was around

press1's picture

Remember this moment in time Jake - it was known as the Hilma Anadrol movement ..... Lmfao

RobertB80's picture

Will let you know how I get on with it mate. If it’s anything like advertised many thanks for your unintended promotion! Lol

press1's picture

Sorry bud - we posted during the same period

JakeKO's picture

@press1.
Have you worked out yet? Can’t wait to hear about your first session

press1's picture

Should be starting in a few hours mate, can't decide whether I am still a bit sore still from last session as it was a pretty big one lol I want to be totally fresh to gauge it properly so if things are iffy in warm up I'll wait till tomoz.

press1's picture

Yep, was still too sore during the warm up and had to bail as much as it pissed me off lol We will know soon bud Smile How's the Self Starve got you feeling mate? lol

JakeKO's picture

@press1

Sorry to hear that, Bro. You’ll get there soon. Better be safe than sorry.

I’m still on this fast. I’m at 37 hours and counting. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but I just want to eat. Definitely not as hungry as I thought I’d be

press1's picture

My God you've managed to stick with it mate??! I think you will have gone past feeling hungry now after a day and a half. Literally just electrolyte water then? Have you lost any weight at all? @JakeKO

JakeKO's picture

I’ve been so busy at work that it was pretty manageable. Although when I walked in the door at 6pm, my wife told me she broke and ate at 3pm. I was like “Thank God!” She made me three eggs with some jasmine rice and I inhaled it, LOL. 45 hours on just water. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think I could make it 24 hours. Anyway, I lost about five pounds and definitely look much tighter than I did. The whole thing was a good learning experience, and I physically feel great. I was getting a little cloudy in the head, but work was busier than usual, so I think it was a combination of both, and I also ran out of water on the hour ride home. I’m going to try it again next Sunday and see if I can go an extra day.

press1's picture

I wonder what it would be like doing with Ozempic? That would definitely help with cravings although this paralysed stomach condition is a little worrying that people are getting from it.

JakeKO's picture

@press1

I’m pretty sure you need food in your stomach on Ozempic.

Well, I woke up this morning and I’m down a total of 10lbs. and looking tighter than ever. I guess the small dinner I had didn’t affect me, so I’m back on the program today. I had a cup of bone broth this morning after the gym. Not sure if I will have another small meal today or just tough it out. Tomorrow is thanksgiving, so I might as well not eat today, lol. I really can’t believe this shit is working. I may have to post a new pic if things keep going this good

press1's picture

I was pacing around my place at 4am shortly after taking it wanting to train Lmao Looking forward to training on it which will be tomorrow. Pretty bad sleep on it but I always get that on Adrol.

JakeKO's picture

Yeah, if you’re not exhausted at the end of the day, it can wake you up earlier than you’d like to. I’m up at 4:30am every morning except Sundays, so it didn’t affect me too much.

press1's picture

See this is the thing with compounds - all Labs feel different to each other. This could be your first ever try of Anadrol and you'd say yeah its an awesome compound, I feel good on it. Then you could try another version and it has that deathly shitty feeling to it and you'd wonder how anyone could even run it everyday! You could be depriving yourself of something very useful if you don't get lucky with a good version of it. Trenbolone is the same - some are quite nice to run and many are nasty!!

JakeKO's picture

I completely agree. The Tren I’m running now has been great for the past two weeks, and I’m running A and E. Very smooth pinning and no harsh side effects….Yet. I’m only running the A for another two weeks though, and finish the ten weeks at 300mg of E per week. I’m going to try this water fast from tomorrow night until Wednesday, if I can handle it. I would be very happy if I can just knock the last of this annoying fat off once and for all. I know that I’m disciplined enough that it would never come back if I could just get it the fuck off

press1's picture

Have you ever tried T3 for it or Yohimbine, or these Thermo Lipid drops a lot of them do now?

JakeKO's picture

I’ve tried T-3, clen, low calorie diets, etc. All it did was shrink me down, the stubborn fat stuck around. T3 and Clen were way too uncomfortable for me. I’m at a really good place right now though, and really think this water fast might work. If it did that for Dana White in four days, I really think it may work for me. My body looks almost identical to his before picture, so if I could look like that after picture in four days, I’m going to have to bite the bullet and try. I’m just hoping I can handle it wit the gear I’m running right now. I can’t be passing out at work, and I’m way too busy right now to take any time off, especially that I have a vacation coming up in a few weeks

press1's picture

I honestly have to say that if you try running gear with no food you will probably feel worse that having a nail gun stuck up your arse! Just going at it on water for 4 days on gear I think will have you passing out. How about trying this Heart surgery diet where you just eat lunch and dinner consisting of 2 hard boiled eggs or a piece of chicken with salad. Nothing else? I have worked with guys who did this and the weight loss is massive over say a week.

JakeKO's picture

Thanks for the advice, Bro. That was biggest concern. I’m going to try to go the first 24 hours on electrolyte water, and see how I feel when I wake up. Then I can really decide how far I can go

press1's picture

When I am ill and can't eat or my appetite is way down and I begin to feel catabolic, I get this pinching sensation in the areas I hold the most muscle at the time which is clearly my body eating it in need of energy. I don't think we will be seeing much of you on here during that time wanting to be sociable!! I think the mental side effects of not eating are worse than the physical personally.

JakeKO's picture

Thanks again for the advice. Just ate my last meal, LOL. My fast begins first thing tomorrow morning. I’m actually very excited and hope it goes well. Dropped Anavar for this yesterday. Wish me luck

DeeMan's picture

Anadrol huh? Stuff gave me the worst headache ever many years ago. Nasty stuff man. And as far as dbol there are weirdos that consume them like they're skittles candy! I mean by the handful lol!
