I've been trying to contact your customer support and I've been getting ignored. I bought an order worth over $1.1k from you guys, and I'm not sure if the stuff I bought is legit because the test 300 I bought from you doesn't seem to be working.

I’m providing an update as a sign of good faith and to show that all I wanted was some help and clarification.
I got my blood test results, and they showed that my test levels were high. So, I can confirm that the test and products from Meta-pharma are indeed legit. However, their “customer service” - if you want to call them that, have been extremely lacklustre and downright disrespectful. They ignored ALL my emails and attempts to contact them until I came here to a public forum to air my frustration.
Like I said from the start - I reached out to them multiple times, and they never responded to any of my emails. But when I made a post here due to my doubt about their products and their efficacy, since they were ignoring my emails - they were not only swift to respond and demonize me, but they almost doxed me based on their response. Again, all I wanted was some clarification from them, but instead I got ignored and lambasted for questioning them.
This is the last response I’ll be making regarding this topic with Meta-pharma. I don’t care what their shills have to say in their “defence”. I came here for help, and it’s clear I shouldn’t have done that. Their products may be good, but their customer service isn’t – don’t expect any help if in doubt.

It Means If the quality of an item is being questioned, then it is required that an independent qualitative/quantitative analysis of said item be performed by an independent third-party laboratory. This is our standard protocol to resolve issues regarding product quality and similar cases.
So,
Since you want to solve it publicly, the only way to solve it is to send it to a well-known laboratory for testing.
You could have just said you can't give me a refund instead of trying to shame me for sharing the negative experience I have had with your products.
I bought from you because I heard from the reviews that your customer service and support was supposed to be really good. My experience with you has obviously proven that to be false, as you've taken every turn to try and berate me for asking for help and support from you. Like I said earlier, the only reason I reached out publicly, was because my attempts to contact you via email were all IGNORED. I wasn't trying to provoke or attack you and your brand, nor did I make any false claims.
You could have simply let me know what your answer was without the criticism and letting me know that you've been watching my social media / which is creepy and unnecessary to what I was asking.
The protocol is to get blood work to prove quality. That goes for any source. I think to ask for your money back after receiving products is ridiculous. The members here would’ve shamed you had you reviewed that way. It goes for any source, you have to have evidence for your claim and the source is even willing to pay for your testing.
I can understand that, and thats fair. I'm new to these forums as I've only used this site for its sources. Unfortunately my inexperience in these forums has led to me being ostracised and treated like a pariah.
I only tried to contact meta-pharma through here because they ignored all my emails and attempts that I made to reach out to them publicly. It's only here where they finally responded when I was at my last bet, but I can see that they only did so to make a spectacle out of me and because its a public space.
Any customer who has reasonable requirements and is honest is well taken care of，

The audacity to ask for money back without any blood work prove and lab test. Lol some of these people are straight up ---- why I train alone. Use to try make some friends at the gym but society in my area has lost its mind since covid era.
Ps. Meta is legit. I've never ordered from them yet but there terms and WILLINGNESS to pay you back if you send it to a lab..it's unparalleled. So think it's time for you to stop with the victim act. Friend/training partner has ordered their Test cyp and deca and best physique post cycle I've seen in awhile.

Can you give details ? Dosage per wk ? How long have you been running ?
I’m currently on wk 4 of 200mg/cyp and doing great( libido up , muscle fullness , slightly more aggressive .)
Running their Test-E 300mg at 600mg per week. And their Anavar 50mg. I've been running this since Oct 1st ( 27 days now). This is my blast cycle. Before this I was cruising on 250mg of Test-E only using Hilma Biocare Test-E 250.
I've been feeling flat, vascularity is gone, veins don't show up anymore - basically I look and feel natty now, as if I'm off cycle. When I was cruising on 250mg using Hilma Biocare test, I felt amazing, strong, was vascular, etc.
I've tried contacting metapharma.ws multiple times now with 0 replies. Thinking about leaving a 0/10 stars review for them at this rate.

Man, you guys are some "community". I liked this site alot, but I sincerely regret ever having said anything about the experience I was having with the stuff I've been sold. I've never felt so attacked for sharing an experience, you'd think I attacked a bee hive the way I've been responded to, but whatever - lessons learnt
yes blood work is needed to support your claim but others that have this gear and are using it now should also do the same. Now that helps everyone out!
I got the blood work done. To be honest, I was just desperately trying to get in touch with their customer support since they were ignoring all my attempts to contact them. I still haven't received a single email from them to this day, but they'll gladly try and make me out as a "villain" in a public forum.
I reached out to them on multiple occasions asking for help and clarification - I didn't know they don't do refunds, that was my fault as I assumed they might, since others suppliers do. What I didn't anticipate, was the public crucifixion/spectacle that was going to take place, with me being used as an "example". But hey, lessons learnt, right.
I will say though, I am very impressed by the fan base shilling for them. Apple would be jealous of this lot.
How did the blood work come out?
At the end of the day it just comes down to having bloodwork to support whatever claim. If there is bloodwork then nobody would be able to doubt anything cause bloods don't lie. But totally normal for guys to doubt something without bloods to support claim. Seen that many times. Hope this gets figured out. Now with that being said you can speak on your displeasure of gear, but just know some might ask for bloods.
Why would any vendor just give you a refund with no proof that their product was faulty. They obviously don’t get the product back when they give you credit. You don’t seem to grasp you were publicly tarnishing a vendors products with no basis of proof of any sort. To us it sounds like you just have buyers remorse and need to grow a set.
Dude, I literally apologised for the misunderstanding and tried to emphasise that I was looking for their help/support since they were and still never responded to any of my emails. But clearly none of that matters to you and you just want to paint your own narrative, so have at it.
Your email to them should have been: i have concerns with your test cyp. I got bloodwork done and my testosterone is still low after using your product. You didn’t approach any of this correctly or per the decorum of this site.
