Whatever you do make sure you get a powder, I tried the pills once and they went in one end and came out the other completely intact. It was a well-known brand too but I guess a lot of people had that same issue

It's one of the only things worth taking.

Goes great with anavar

Off and on I don’t see a huge difference myself but it is cheap especially the bulk supplement brand on Amazon.

Have used it successfully for years. Will continue to do so.

One of the few supplements that actually does what it says on the tin. I’m not a big supplement user, more if a food guy in most respects. Creative is worthwhile in my eyes.

It's a great supplement, I don't use it but that doesn't mean that I shouldn't. I don't believe the dosing regimen that most recommend is accurate, a small amount each day will be beneficial, especially if you're running something like var

If you tolerate it well then I would take it, it still serves a different function in you to running steroids. I've seen a lot of guys over the years dismiss it and say why bother if you are running gear, but that's bollocks because it brings different positives to the table than gear does. Problem I find is after its built up I can get quite bad acid reflux and stomach discomfort from it, and the creatine sharts can be frustrating when letting one out stood at the petrol station pump LMAO Definitely useful in getting stronger with and decreasing rest period times. Generally gives a 5% increase on all lifts in studies. So if you lift 200kg then it'll give you 10kg which is worth having.

Do be aware too that it will show as a higher Creatinine level in your bloodwork if you are a consistent user.

I take it with my preworkout, just lil scoop, I don't eat hardly red meat at all, with my stomach issues, so it can't hurt to have a little more creatine in the system

In my oppinion, Creatine is an essential suppliment to add to your diet while training. I personally always have it on my shelf

Waltdisneysbum's picture

In my opinion it's inexpensive and worth having in your regime. It's widely touted as the "most researched" safe supplements and definitely has a lot recommendations behind it.
I personally don't feel any different on/off it, but I keep it in my regime as it's cheap and safe, I'd rather have it and feel no different than not have it and lose out on potentially something.

Yeah man, creatine is crucial for muscle efficiency & proper brain function. Unless you’re eating large quantities of red meat daily, creatine is a great and cost friendly addition to your intake routine. It is the most extensively studied supplement on the market.
