+ 12 The "Honeymoon Phase" - Beginning of Offseason

Goal: Lean bulk, 2-4lbs / month
Length: 24 weeks

Just under 3 weeks into the offseason and the nutrient partitioning is amazing which is why I termed it the honeymoon phase. Food high & drugs low (200mg test atm) I love how full my physique is after adding the carbs back in and also the pumps in the gym are incredible. Currently utilizing this phase to bring up my legs. This offseason is broken into four (maybe 5) - 6-week training blocks. Each block will focus on 2 muscle groups while doing maintenance volume for the other muscle groups.
Block 1: Quads & Hams - TRT / Cruise
Block 2: Chest & Biceps - Test & EQ
Block 3: Quads & Hams - Test & EQ
Block 4: TBD - Test & EQ

FOOD: when carbs go up, fats go down, and vice versa
Calories: 3,300 - 4,200
Protein: 250-300g
Carbs: 300-700g
Fats: 50-100g

Training Split:
Day 1: Quads & Biceps - Rep range 6-10 (500 carbs)
Day 2: Optional Rest or Chest & Back (300 carbs)
Day 3: Hamstrings & Shoulders - Rep range 6-10 (500 carbs)
Day 4: Rest (300 carbs)
Day 5: Quads & Biceps - Rep range 12-20 (700 carbs)
Day 6: Hamstrings & Shoulders - Rep Range 12-20 (500 carbs)
Day 7: Optional Rest or Chest & Triceps (300 carbs)

Cardio:
8-10k steps / day
2 - 15-minute HIIT cycle sessions: warmup 3 minutes, sprint for 30 seconds, ride easy for 2.5 minutes and repeat. I do 3 sprints then ride easy for 3-5 minutes. This never is done after a leg day.

This is just the outline of the next 6 months. Food will gradually increase as will the anabolics.
