Pec tendon tear a month ago. Hgh 4 iu to help recover. Doing very well
If you remember I put up a shot last time you tried all this crap - My picture post also got more Upvotes than any of yours EVER have!!! LMAO
You remind of a Crackhead with all your constant ranting and hyperactivity.
Yea yea yea....keep crying. Grow up press please! It hurts we all know. @thahulk2014 man look at this dude. wasting his time. Have no idea what he even said, won't read. I'm done with this dude. He'll never learn @press1
Go get ya Bench shirt Dwayne.
Whaaaaahh Waaaahhh I can't tolerate the PIP because I am a little baby girl .....
MWWaaaahhh MWaaahhhh Anadrol gives me headaches cause I am a cry baby.
Steroids are for men mate, not passive aggressive females like you.
Press I'm not reading anything you have typed you stalker so you are wasting your time seriously. I exposed you for being a wanna be powerlifter and using mega grams of gear and looking like a pot belly hog lol. You can't accept it so you are pissed. So sorry my man but get over it. You are one jealous girl. Please change your name ok. Exposed as a liar so Please get over it! Facts are facts. My background is my background and you simply lack one...Take care.
When are you training Deadlifts next Dwayne? LMFAO
Go get ya Bench shirt Bro.
-again....700×1...RAW......not shirted....under 300lbs body weight
Why would I be talking about Shirted bench pressing? More to the point why are you talking about equipped shirted benching?
Obviously because it's all bench pressing which you should know if you know anything about bench records or the sport itself. Did you or anyone clarify which type of bench? No you didn't. I gave you facts...you assumed and were wrong obviously. ...simple
Dwayne its pretty much assumed especially on a mainly dominant bodybuilding website that when we are quoting bench press numbers we are talking about PROPER bench press numbers - not some turkey stuffed in a giant elastic band who cannot lift the weight by himself. You also know most guys on here are going to assume you are talking RAW numbers, but you intentionally quote equipped shirted numbers because you think it looks more impressive to people.
Press quit trying to look for an argument ok. You are reaching now. You were wrong, lol deal with it! Again obviously you aren't too familiar with the sport of powerlifting. It's ok. You're looking for an argument and you won't get one. Lol wow. I'll let you have the floor though man. I mean dude!
Dwayne Bro, I am not looking for an argument. I was correcting your misinformation that was Greatly misleading regarding members on here bench pressing 750 lb's, I have seen you quote this same incorrect info many times before, and finally I had to point out that you are wrong. I also see I have had no response to my above post where you stated Johnnie harris did not do the lift RAW? I guess you were wrong there also. Given you said you knew exactly who he was I would not expect you to get that wrong.
EDIT: HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO EDIT YOUR COMMENTS DWAYNE BEFORE YOU ARE HAPPY ENOUGH TO LEAVE THEM ALONE - SERIOUS QUESTION?
Are you ok? Did you even read my comment? Clearly I said I'm familiar with him and his over 700 pound bench so yea it's clear that you are looking for an argument. So I guess you corrected me and I corrected you so it is what it is right? No need for you to mislead folks with about your powerlifting knowledge and accomplishments. Again, You don't need to make an issue out of this. You say I make misleading statements well not only have I watched you make bizaree statements, even long time, respected member Growmore has mentioned you making false statements such as GH healed you in 3 days.. it goes on and on. Growmore could give details lol. Press one last time for you and any other type like you. I have nothing to prove and not sure what you are trying to prove. It's weird though.
Dwayne stop trying to bring a third party into this, its reknown that Narcissists like yourself will do their best to deflect an argument and try steer it in another line of conversation rather than what is being said. You also have a big problem in admitting you are wrong as I have proven here numerous times. I never said HGH healed me in 3 days, I said it always felt better the day after I took it for some reason. A pec tear cannot heal in 3 days LMAO
All I'll say is if you are going to quote figures then make sure they are correct and not falsified, and probably your biggest challenge is not to tell lies to try to look better to people.
Boring. Yea yea yea dude. Press, baby this isn't good for you. You still haven't learned huh baby? Narcissistic lol? How bout envy and jealousy and hate from you? You are looking for an argument. You are an envious guy like Growmore has said and It's on record. He spoke truth about you my man. Not sure why you love to argue. Everyone knows what you've said my man, so say what you want about yourself or me but facts are facts.
Now have you ever competed in an official competition? I ask because you act as if you are this great powerlifter. Just tell the truth.
Be honest for once. Please answer. I'll let you answer and I'll leave you alone to argue with yourself ok? I'll argue if its worthy but you just don't qualify unfortunately. Name like press 1..You are a proven powerlifting fraud and the community needs to know this. Take care. It's gonna be ok Press baby
Harris was a badass
700lbs×1 RAW at bodyweight under 300lbs....
RAW...no shirts no slingshot...impressive AF
So what about a REVERSE GRIP BENCH PRESS....600- 700 pounds. Probably doesn't sound familiar. That's more impressive than anything in my opinion. It was done by AC in the 90's
Yes he is. There are a few hard hitters out there. Still waiting on Maddox to make more noise though.
^^^facts^^^
Barbell bench press and barbell shoulder press were 2 of the excerices that out the most mass on my upper body however they caused so many injuries. If youre bodybuilding stick to dumbbells. My form was perfect but when you vet to the point where youre benching 540+ and shoulder pressing 385+ injuries happen no matter what eventually.
This is 100% true. Some of us have been more fortunate than others with these types of injuries but more than likely if you're pushing big numbers you'll eventually get injured. I tell folks all the time...if you are not competing then don't ever bother lol.
Blimey buddy talk about putting me on the spot!!! LMFAO To answer the first part of if its necessary for powerlifting then of course, there is no doubt about it. For many including myself its the lift we all want to be brilliant at even those who say they don't care and deads are more important as its a total body exercise - I still have to argue that there is no greater feeling than setting a new bench pr and pretending to yourself your chest has just become the size of a house along with it lol. You simply couldn't replicate the lift with dumbbells because it is too hard wrestling with a pair of independent weights and getting them into position, unlike laying down on a bench with everything set in place along with 3 spotters.
As for building a a great chest - look at all the Bodybuilders who never barbell bench, they only use dumbbells and machines. Many of them have done for most of their training careers plus you get a better stretch and contraction of the muscle. I mean really this is a question that could take pages to answer lol. All I can say from my own point of view is when I am at my strongest especially in say doubles rather than max singles then my chest is the biggest, so there is a lot of truth in the stronger you get the bigger you are gonna get. But then it also depends on benching style too esp in powerlifting - the guys with short arms and barrel chested rib cages who use a lot of back strength don't really have great chests as the bar doesn't sink low enough for the chest to be fully activated - so they are pressing more with their shoulders and triceps. Where as someone laying flat backed on a bench with no arch will use a lot more chest and will have a lot more development. Genetics play a big part also, some guys can look strong as hell because they have great shoulders and chests naturally even when they aren't. There are a lot of variables at play.
You just have to accept bud that it is an inherently dangerous exercise because of the angles it puts on the shoulder capsule/joint together with your chest insertions in that area at full stretch, top bicep area too. Having said this I have spoken to members on here also that have torn chests doing dumbbell press from the dumbbell going too far back, but for sure its not as dangerous. Then I guess we could say any exercise gets dangerous if you are pushing it - Deads, Squats, shoulder press, bicep preacher curls there are quite a few. Good members to ask on this would probably be @thahulk2014 and @5percent4life as they can both press a tonne and are bodybuilders too.
Adding to this: serge nubret with arguably one of the best chests of all time didn't bench more than 225, even though he could do 400lbs...
Yes this is true. Nubret's chest rivaled Arnold's no doubt. He only used 225
I must just say though, when you do come across the bodybuilders who can rep with 500lbs comfortably such as your Branch Warrens, Ronnie Colemans, Kai Greens, Nick Walkers they are an entirely different breed of animal to look at. The thickness especially in the chest and shoulder area is incredible, full on mass monsters. I mean look at @thahulk2014 on here who can do it - he looks bloody insane!! Lol
Appreciate ya brother. I don’t have much time anymore but if I can help anyone out hit me up.
HULK.....SMASH!!!!!!
Lol I'll get ya out of retirement. Nah I know how busy you are.
Go lift some heavy shit bro bro!
Hell I need a partner lmao! Hope you doing well my brother.
Me too. Asked for a spot the other day and noone would. To nervous.
I'm messing with ya. I have a few partners but yea sometimes I lift alone.
waouh... good recovery bro
I could grate cheese off you...hella ripped up. You'll be back at it in no time, if you haven't tried bpc yeah these dudes below are definitely on point. Stuff is amazing. There's a domestic source you can get it by the 10 pack for like 150 ish, definitely want to make sure it's good quality in these guys seem to be consistent. I've had my fair share of injuries but that looks like it hurt like a bitc*h. Hmu if you need the source and here's to a speedy recovery
+1
Man your a fuckin beast. I hope you have a speedy recovery bro. Keep us posted.
DamikeWhat's your recovery timeline supposed to look like? Eventually you will notice a lot of atrophy especially on the side that surgery was performed. Everyday activities such as picking up the milk help keep muscle mass. So if your not using that arm at all, its normal for it to shrink down smaller than you have ever seen it.
Whatever you do don't try to do too much too early. Follow the professionals instructions to a T. If you reinjure it you face the possibility of doing a lot of permanent damage. Also, remember muscle memory will blow that side back up quickly so take your time and rest now, knowing it will come back with a quickness when the time is right.
Best of luck.
SwaveyDBPC 500mcg 2x a day will work wonders. Easily pinned subq. Quick and painless
Hey so in the belly or at the injury site. And for how long

I just saw your pics. Nice my man. Why so heavy with weight? You powerlifting?

Good for you. Now you know.

Haha that’s awesome. I’ll look into bpc
Oh man, hoping you get well soon.
Thanks Makwa respect
So a little more content. I was benching 405. Got a terrible spot. The guy gives me a lift off and then just lets go. That much weight I expected him to come down with me. I caught it at the bottom, heard the tear and I’m assuming through adrenaline finished the rep. I’m as expecting to get 2/3 reps
You expected him to come down with you? I don't get this. Him doing that would be a terrible spot. I don't want my spotter touching the bar until I can't push it up anymore. If you need him to come down with you, thats weird. If you can't even control the negative, you should not be using that weight.
