Christ Bud is that you in surgery?
Yep 7th surgery on my spine in total. 8th coming on the 15th.
Pounds23Bro that's insane expecially when it's fully open back which looks like u have had or are having done. I had minimal to relieve pressure off a nerve thankfully it went good and got relief but had a recent MRI and ct scan and unfortunately with disc once one gives out the rest start to.... Best thing u can do is be careful lift and be smart keep a good strong core along with other stabilizing muscles. It's no joke when u fuck up ur back my pops always told me lift with ur legs watch ur back. Thankfully PT and a good chiropractor with constantly going 2-3 times a week has helped me huge also helps that my cousin just graduated and has his license for PT so now I can have him help me as much as I want... Plus iv cut the heavy weight shit, like I'd rather use intensifiers and make a moderate light weight much heavier and harder, slower the time under tension . Full range or motion much more into how I look then how much I can lift plus things like hgh and bpc and TB are a blessing and make a difference
How long do they require you to lay off the weights for after that?
Anabolic delts!
