Thanks for the add in this group. Just picked up my 6 month chip and have been working on my physical and mental while getting clean for the first time since I was a teen. Looking better at 45 through workouts and peptides than I have ever looked before. Looking forward to talking with you all!

Congrats on the 6 months! No matter what, don't forget how fucked up it is out there. We're quick to forget. Easy to pick up, not so easy getting back. Building muscle and living healthy is a much better addiction. One day at a time and keep your head up!!!

Very Well done on the 6 month chip, stick with it and DO NOT give in no matter how rosy it make look at times seeing others go out for a drink. Your first few years are the most important and are easily the hardest to become weak in, thinking I will just restart tomorrow. Always remember that you are the winner here and the one who those that are drinking will admire.
