Been to a lake yesterday with my girl and a dog. Unfortunately dog didn't fit and girl covered titties for a photo, so you won't enjoy all the beauty, but that's beside the point, this page is about Peds which I obviously run, not about the boobs and dogs, right?

I do believe that we should do what makes us happy, because we never know what day could be our last. That's why I live for the moment, indulge myself with expensive treats like ones that can be seen on these pictures haha... everyone is former of its own happines so I do fuck daily, ride a motorcycle, go to the gym, walk with the dog, swim, drink beer and do some barbecue as often as I can... Everyone should do that cause we're not here to pay bills and die.

few times a month, yes. We have had a blast yesterday, trained legs with this Big dog. we've done squats 10x10, hacken legpress, I almost passed out and he was happy seing me like that, put that big smile on his big face saying "we're halfway done with quads brother". Needles to say I can't fucking walk today....
When you do 10 x 10s do you do any other machine for quads or hams? Depending on weight I feel that’s enough legs for one day.
