20 weeks Test E 500mg/w pinning 250mg E3.5d Note I recommend a cycle of 15 weeks, I only extended to 20 for personal reasons (incoming holiday with GF, fears of ED on PCT).
raining : PPL 4-5 days a week.
Push : 20 sets chest, 14 sets shoulders, 10 sets triceps
Pull : 20 sets back, 10 sets biceps
Legs : 16 sets + 4 sets core (Dealt with plantar fascitis injury the whole time)
My training style is very hypertrophy, controlled, time under tension focused. Rarely lift heavy, all dumbbell movements over barbell. Dropsets on most exercises for progressive overload.
All in all I'm very happy with my first cycle. Already have the next planned after I finish my PCT + 20 weeks off. Will be Test E 600mg/w + Dbol 6 week kickstart.

Definetly look good but your stats are fishy, 6'4" 225lbs. I see the light switch and door jamb in the picture and the light switch is at your chest, your as tall as me if not an inch taller and I'm 5'8".....
+1 brotha. That upper body looks solid. Definitely need some work on those hammys, calves and then quads. Don't need to go heavy just go to failure every set and you'll look more rounded. In jiujitsu we would use dela heva on you and keep those big guns far away from the action lol. Those arms and shoulders are the real , deal. Nice work.
You definitely not even close to 6'4 I know this because your average doorway is only about 80 inches which would be 6'8. You look 5'6 and 180lbs. So you lied about that in your profile info. This post reminds me of a hydroxy cut advertisement in the magazines 20 years ago when they would show Lee priest in the off season looking fat then show him 2 days out from the Arnold classic and say this is what you can do if you use this product. If you are doing 44 sets on a push day your not training hard enough. You should be smoked at 20 sets.

WoW Incredible results mate for only 500mg Test/wk - You have clearly put weight on and filled out a lot. In fact they are great results if you were running 3 compounds tbh.
I wish I could give more than one thumbs up, these honest real world pictures give the new guys a realistic view of what to expect. I’d say this is an example of a good responder, diet was on point, and he worked his ass off. Nice job bro.

How much scale weight did you gain? Body fat % does not seem to have gone up.
