+ 7 Noticed that my legs looks more defined after first week of a cut

I decided to lower my bodyfat to a single digit for summer, so I reduced overal calorie income by about 15-20%, increased protein and fat and reduced carbs by about 50%. I also switched from test E to test P for last few weeks of a cycle, because it retains less water, from my experience. These little adjustments resulted in -5kg in two weeks and I noticed that my quads started to tone nicely after several months of bulking. I'm happy to see the actual muscle again, even though I'm more of a all time bulker...:)

I'm on 350mg of test P / week right now. Might add few mcg of Helios (injectable clen + yohimbine) for last two weeks of a cycle, before going down to my all year round dose of a 175mg test.

Thanks man! I pin every day, jsut because I don't have to think about that and I don't mind pinning at all. I just use a lot of pin sites, alcohol wipes and it works just fine for me. I do pin even long esters daily...

Yes, thank you mate! Its mentaly difficult for me to keep going, I hate to cut, I feel so tiny in clothes. Usually I wear 2 or 3XL, drops by two sizes during the cut. Plus I almost never go to the beach or somewhere else, where I'd undress, so I Basically only do cuts to restart my insulin sensitivity and give body some time to heal and rest from heavy weights... Smile
